So, giving Sobeys the benefit of doubt as things happen...I get that. What I don't get is why when I went into the store a day later and asked for an explanation and a refund all that I got was ATTITUDE and no explanation from the Customer Service counter representative. Thanks Sobeys, I will never shop in your stores again as this is the 3rd time in 2 months that I have gone back for discrepancies' only to be treated as a deadbeat despite being polite and understanding. I really liked the Prime Rib sandwich as the meat was juicy with tasty toppings like crispy onions and gouda cheese...just perfect! I have a feeling this will be my favourite but I'll have to try a few more before I conclude this. I was very impressed that the dining area was so clean. There were staffs throughout lunch time that kept cleaning the table. I'm not sure if there is a dining area at the other Fortinos locations.
