It is 85% the young employee. As a customer it seems they resent having to answer a customer's question, or request for help. Their big cart is parked for their convenience, no matter a customer can't get to needed vegetables. Also in dairy I asked a worker what was the price on yougart since shelf price label was missing. The meat sandwiches were fine, however the "salad" sandwiches were not good. They were very heavy on the chicken and egg salad. I brought them to 22 hungry college students; they are not picky.
