Quick delivery via DoorDash. I appreciated their appropriate pricing, variety of options and hearty portions. I would not order the crab Rangoon's again as they were more of a triangle type- not as good as the typical ones I get elsewhere.

Fontana is a hidden Gem in a shopping strip somewhat across from Trader Joes in Littleton (drive along the South facing strip). Fontana is "Quaint" with a beautiful Sea water Tank, open sushi bar to view and two rows of seats; great place to bring a friend and have some conversation time, or by yourself. Fontana is tastfully pleasant! And the Sushi is well made along with pleasurable presentation. My Aspen LOVES Shrimp Tempura!!! and we have visited Fontana over the years, with "Welcoming delight." Unfortunately, businesses have turn over and this last time, the welcome was not there with only one table of two ladies finishing up. There was a bit of skuttlebutt conversation as we entered, NOT the normal greeting I have received in the years past! Unfortunately; yet this could be cultural and new people.... Aspen and I wish to have our Shrimp Tempura, which, I MUST say each shrimp is 4 inches long (!!) cooked to a lovely tender consistancy, and the tempura is light - crunchy - absolutely delicious. Thankfully my Aspen has manners, or she might gobble all of these lovely simply presented Tempuras! I do recommend Fontana for a nice lunch time with a friend or two, this is a rather small place yet enough space to feel comfortable. Also, I have enjoyed some of their delicious varying Sushi rolls, which are plentiful. One last suggestion/comment. Once I did arrive at 2:30PM for "lunch" most likely the Shrimp Tempura, and asked for my check/bill at 3:04PM, I was charged "Dinner Prices!" Ergo my suggestion, if you are a bit later in the afternoon, request your check immediately to avoid that "Dinner Charge" I do recommend Fontana for the quiet, food and convenience in the area, possibly after shopping/stocking up at the local well known stores!

While out shopping in the area, we popped in to give this place a try. It wasn't the most welcoming situation. The host/waitress was on the phone (speaker phone) for an extended amount of time walking around the restaurant. We sat for a while before being helped. They were doing construction on one of the two restrooms and it was quite loud. The sushi is alright. Nothing to rave about here.

My best friends took me to Fontana Sushi (Southwest) for my birthday dinner. The staff was quick to set up tables for five of us and greeted us in a very friendly manner. The menu was quite extensive and offered many varieties of appetizers and rolls. I don't recall every roll that we ordered but we enjoyed every type. The sides of cheese wontons and edamame were fresh and delicious. I feel the wontons were made in house and flavorful. The business is not large but we had no issue getting right in at 5pm, as we were leaving there was a few folks waiting to be seated. My Godkids enjoyed viewing the salt water fish tank near the entrance. At the end of the meal we all had a nice birthday dessert of ice cream and fried bananas. Everyone had positive comments about the bananas, tasty. I hope we can meet at this location again.

Wooo!! Found a cheap sushi spot close to home. Keep in mind there are always different levels. This place is great for maki rolls, decent but big slices of sashimi, nigiri is decent, and some solid appetizer items. We ordered a hamachi collar which was actually the best we have found in Denver so far. Next up we got the ceviche which was really tasty and balanced. From there we got a salmon skin roll and mexican roll. For sashimi we got yellowtail, striped bass sashimi, and imitation crab. Nigiri was with yellowtail, uni, and salmon For this level of sushi, it is no Uchi or Ronin level but for the price it was worth it for what we got!

This is what u see when u open the door.

Best tempura around town. Chicken was tender and breading was crispy without being too mushy or greasy like a lot of other Asian places.

I recommend planning ahead with a reservation, as they can get busy during a dinner rush. We were visiting Colorado for a quick weekend trip and were floored by the food here. While the rolls all sounded great, we opted for an omakase experience. It is priced at market value, so I imagine this could vary over time, but they had three tiers for omakase, which I thought were all fairly priced for the amount of food included. We opted for the highest tier, which was $120 pp, and it was incredibly filling with high quality cuts of fish and a thoughtfully curated menu. The sushi chef who took care of us was incredibly kind, and it was clear he put a lot of care into the food he prepared. If you're on the fence, hop off and make that reservation and come hungry for the omakase experience!

The sushi menu is tiny compared to any legitimate sushi spot, and the menu itself was filthy. Not "a little worn," actually dirty. First impressions matter, and this place failed immediately. There was also zero indication whether you seat yourself or wait to be seated, so customers are left awkwardly standing around wondering what's going on. To make things worse, the entrance feels bizarre and rundown, like you're sneaking into the back of a storage building instead of entering a restaurant. If you want real wasabi, go to a proper sushi restaurant. This felt more like a watered-down imitation than a real dining experience. 1/10

The food has been delicious, hot, and full of great flavor. Plus the location is clean and always very well kept. Seen this place transform to many restaurants over the years. However, the one time I really needed some pho, the experience wasn't the same. I was excited for something hot to get my body back into fighting mode, but I was disappointed when the rare steak pho arrived lukewarm. The broth wasn't hot enough to cook the steak, which just sat there barely changing color. I'm not usually one to complain, and I was very hungry, so I went ahead and ate it, but I can't say I enjoyed it. The broth was also a bit salty, and it wasn't the traditional pho experience I expected. Typically, you get the garnishes on the side so you can add your own sprouts and lime, but here the sprouts were already in the bowl and no lime was provided. I understand variations exist, but I did expect the broth to be hot. While I didn't capture a picture of the pho I did have some pictures of the ramen I've enjoyed here on a couple occasions. Again, great ramen experience but when it came to pho, it just didn't do it for me this time.

Pho and egg rolls were excellent. Clean and well designed interior. Would go back again.read more

We got a cute high top table by the window, their seating is comfortable, even the hightop chairs have backs. The drinks here are delicious, I got the lychee margarita and it was perfect, not too sweet and comes with a real lychee on a skewer, which is a lovely pairing. To eat, I got my favorite aburi tuna, which I always make sure to try if a place has them. It was so good, I love the seared flavor and the fish was so fresh, the texture was perfect. We also got the fried rice, it is served with the staff, mixing the yolk of an egg into the dish at the table in front of you. This made it so rich and delicious, and felt like a show. I was really impressed by the rice itself too, nothing simple about it. The flavors were so dynamic, and everything was cooked to perfection. We also had the black miso cod, this might have been the highlight dish. It was so tender and supple, melting at the touch of a fork and even better in your mouth. The flavors were unbelievable, and it leaves you wanting more. The area is pretty central to wash park, a quick five or 10 minute walk over to Broadway after dinner is easy and accessible too. Totally will be back

From the moment we sat down, it was clear that the service here operates at a different level. Our server was exceptionally well versed in the menu and sake pairings, explaining ingredients, preparation, and flavor profiles with confidence and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell the waitstaff is deeply trained to understand the food, beverages, and how everything works together. Their sake recommendations were spot‑on and elevated the meal even further. Every dish we ordered was executed beautifully. The miso eggplant was silky and deeply flavorful, perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. The miso black cod was rich, flaky, and melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender, while the mixed seafood tempura was light, crisp, and impeccably fried without a hint of greasiness. Each appetizer showcased refined technique and restraint. The Colorado steak with truffled potatoes was another standout. The steak was cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the earthy richness of the truffled potatoes, easily holding its own among the sushi offerings. The moment that truly made the night unforgettable was the Osaka‑style pressed sushi served aburi‑style. It quite literally changed my son's life and opened his love for sushi. We ended up ordering several more of these incredible bites of salmon, topped with mayo and lightly flame‑kissed, resting on perfectly seasoned sushi rice. The fish here is so clean, well cured, and expertly prepared that I strongly recommend ordering a side of fresh wasabi--it brightens and elevates the flavors even further. The lobster sushi and scallop sushi were also exceptionally fresh and delicious, reinforcing the level of care taken with their seafood. Dessert was the perfect finale. The green tea tiramisu was light, creamy, and indulgent without feeling heavy. To cap it off, our waiter brought us yuzu and lychee sorbets, which offered a refreshing, citrusy finish and showed thoughtful hospitality. As we were leaving, something small but meaningful stood out. All of the sushi chefs looked up, raised their heads together, and warmly thanked us with sincere goodbyes.
