I went for the venison sausage with berry and red onion reduction for starter and wild boar bolognese with papardelle fresh egg pasta topped with parmesan cheese. Both were top notch and I'd recommend both for sure. We finished by sharing the homemade tiramisu and a chocolate cherry cake, both didn't last long, the tiramisu in particular was bloody fantastic.
