When I have got in contact with them (and I have sent over 20 e-mails and called them 4 times) I have been told that my purchase has been sent twice by DHL, they have had problems with their internet etc. In short, either these guys are either so incompetent that they cannot communicate, or there is something decidedly fishy. I would not use them again, nor would I suggest anyone else to purchase from them.

Owner Tim is the BEST, and the brilliant Matt and Dave, who have done most of my installations, are extraordianry. This is such a reliable, fantastic company - the best company of any I have ever dealt with, not just TV and audio. Have just had a 77 inch Panasonic OLED (Panasonic are my favourite company) and I just love it. Matt also tuned all my apps etc before he left. It would have taken me ages. I use MOSS wherever I am in the UK! They are NOT more expensive than other companies, by the way!
