She took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about everything before moving forward. Hair restoration can feel like a big decision, but everyone's professionalism and knowledge made the process feel straightforward and reassuring. The experience has already helped boost my confidence, and I'm really happy with the hair growth so far. If you're considering hair restoration and want someone who truly takes the time to walk you through the process, I would definitely recommend Bosley Dallas and working with Leslie, Dr Rico and the team. I'm a 39 year old female who has had 3 children and lost a significant amount of hair the last few…read moreyears (likely due to hormonal changes from pregnancy and breastfeeding). I had tried everything short of Rogaine prior to making an appointment here (tried PRP, derma rolling, topicals from Insta, etc) because trichology felt too foreign of a concept to me. Looking back I'm sad for myself that I didn't come to Kerri sooner. In early 2023, she estimated that I lost probably 70% of the hair on top of my head. I signed onto her program to meet with her every two weeks for 6 months, she taught me about scalp health and keeping the body pH balanced, and she showed me how to care for my scalp and my hair and my body and to trust the process. After the first six month program is over I had made quite a bit of progress under the hair microscope and through photos that I wanted to continue another 6 months. After that, I decided to see her once every 4 to 6 weeks just because I was not ready to leave lol it is a little treatment for myself and my hair and I enjoy going back and knowing that I am caring for my scalp the best that I can. I've attached pictures to show my progress. Right now I have new growth all over my head, 4 inches long, 3 inches long, 2 inches long, and baby hairs everywhere. I feel so grateful for Kerri, I have learned so much and I am excited for the progress I will see as my hair grows out and thickens into mature strands.

I'm confused why I was priced a wig for $1600 plus $95 to cut and style?! I think they price as to…read morewho they think you are because a topper was the same price. Please never confuse my kindness for weakness or judge me at all. The fact is that you can get human hair wigs already styled and cut for a fraction of their cost. I realize that this place has been around for decades and when you're upset and needing a wig for health reason that price is no object but now days you can order better wigs and try them on at home than the ones you don't like or don't want you can ship them back plus if they need styling you can go to the hair schools and have students under a licensed stylist/teacher take care of you without the hassle sometimes for free as they may trade a grade for services. Don't let these people scam you into believing they are better than other places because they have been lying and overpricing on patience hurting and confused for years. I'm very disappointed in the way I was "tricked" in giving information they only cared about so they could give me a price that is 6x the price of a wig online that is human hair plus some already styled and a topper for $1600 is absolutely ludicrous! Think car salesman from the 80s when you walk in and ensure you shop around before you give your hard earned money to this place. I went in as a scared, insecure lady and they did exactly as I thought and overcharged me and priced gouged me so they got to keep their wigs and I found six for half the price and all human hair. I only need to have two of them styled a bit more to my liking. I'll have six looks that just make it look like I styled my hair different each day and one weekend fun beachy casual look. I will say the lady was nice and just doing her job by the owner svammy ways.

If you didn't want to do that service you didn't have to talk about me so hateful. I made that appointment 8 weeks ago. Very unprofessional. I'm very proud of Tierra's success. Hard work does pay off, however, the way I was treated today was terrible. I get a phone call and when I answered it she was talking about me like a dog about my ends getting trimmed. When I told her I over heard her talking Trash and I won't be back, all she could say was "ok. I'm sorry you had to hear that." That was foul. Nobody should have to go through that. If you felt that much hatred I will NEVER be back. Word of advice: not everyone is rich like your other clients so if someone is asking you for a service that seems too high. They don't deserve to get dogged out. The 1st time you trimmed my hair back in 2015, you made me wash my own hair. And charged me 20. This time I wanted just a natural hair trim and you told me 45 for for wash and shampoo and 20 dollars add on for the trim. I just want a healthy trim before I get braids for my birthday so I can keep my hair healthy. 65 dollars for a trim and no style is insane. I wasn't trying to change your prices just wanted you to work with me because I wanted just a blow dried trim like last time. But I guess you forgot about that? Sad that people come up and are blessed but then act like they to good for people to get a trim service. I will never accept your apology, I'm sure your happy to not have a non rich client.
