You have to apply to be a patient there. I thought this was bizarre, but the appeal of a local, young-ish doctor encouraged me to try them out. The doctor was sick when I was there, bu still seeing patients. She was confined to a stool and staff was parading patients from room to room for assessment, then to see the doctor. The "application"appointment was fine, but not even a physical ... You have to make another appointment. They want another appointment for EVERY problem you have, and if you have lab work done, expect them to need an appointment to discuss it, even if it is normal. Before I left that first day, I had 7 appointments scheduled ... Over $100 in co-pays ... And I am healthy! I insisted on hard copies of mylab work before I would go for their "lab discussion" appointment and they dropped me from the practice before I hung up the phone; my patient portal account was deleted while we were talking.
