They clearly know their craft, as the installation was thorough and seamless. Every detail was carefully attended to, and the transformation of our yard is stunning. But the real bonus? My 11-month-old absolutely loves playing on the turf! It's soft, safe, and perfect for little ones to crawl, play, and explore without worrying about mud or mess. Plus, the maintenance is virtually non-existent: no more watering, mowing, or dealing with soggy grass after the rain. It's one of the smartest decisions we've made, and it's great for the environment, too. If you're considering synthetic grass, SYNLAWN HAWAII is the best. They made the whole process so easy, and now we have a beautiful, functional yard that we all love! And if you're not considering synthetic grass - check them out. It makes so much more sense than watering the rest of your life and/or dealing with yellow grass, mud, and a water bill!

Highly recommend.

Patrick was responsive, walked me through the decision of which grass would be best for my property and provided me with a quote that was significantly better than three of his competitors. His team were all knowledgeable professionals (not just working grunts) and completed the job on time and up to my standards. He has also returned at my request many months later to give me assistance maintaining the lawn, which still looks excellent (I frequently receive compliments from my passer-by neighbors). I would highly recommend him for lawn replacement and whatever else he specializes in. He earned my 5* rating

This appointment was scheduled weeks in advance. At 9:30 AM, I messaged Patrick to confirm that we were still meeting up. At 9:45 AM, he replied and stated that he was in Manoa (I live in Mililani). He went on to say that "he would try to stop by later that afternoon." At 5:00 PM, I had not heard from him, so I messaged him to ask if he was still planning to stop by. He told me that his truck had broken down. My response was "No problem," and I informed him that I was going to move on and find another contractor. He apologized and said that he would be in the Mililani area on the 25th (Saturday), so I gave him another chance. He came out, assessed the drainage issue, and later texted me his assessment. I responded with a few follow-up questions and asked him to send over the estimate, but I received no reply. On Monday the 27th, I messaged Patrick (again), repeated my questions, and asked if he could send over the estimate (again). He asked for my email address, which I sent right away, but I did not receive anything. The following morning, I followed up (last time) asking for the estimate, and once again, I did not receive a response. After I posted my review, Patrick emailed me and claimed that he had sent the estimate via email. I checked my inbox repeatedly and never received it. The only email I ever received from him came only after I left the review. He offered me a discount if I took my Yelp review down. That made me even less comfortable with the overall experience. I would have much preferred clear communication, timely follow-through, and the estimate I had been asking for. Overall, the issue was not just one missed appointment or one missed message. It was repeated poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no follow-through. This is not a company I would recommend.
