My travel agent, Wendy, was terrible. no communication and out of the blue she tells me good luck and informs me that she would be taking our wedding website down.She was apparently upset that none of our guests have called to book anything with them and that I had done some of my own booking. Which nothing was explained to me on how they make their money, otherwise I would have let them do it. She held onto to my request for flight reservations for 2 weeks and I finally asked if there was a problem and that is when she terminated their services. Went by the office only one person there, instead of being asked to wait I was asked to come back. When I went back to the office there was no one there. Called three times to make reservations phone was answered once and a message was taken but none of my calls were returned. I will never ever use this business again. read more

Meggie at Foerster Travel is amazing! She booked our trip to Jamaica and it was so easy working with her! She found the perfect place for us to stay with my list of crazy demands. We also found out right before leaving that my sister in law was pregnant and we had to change our arrangements so my dad could go instead. She took care of all the travel arrangements and hotel information last minute, two days after Christmas. Could not recommend her enough!! read more
