Being disrespected and looked down on by someone that you PAID to come inside your home is disheartening. No one regardless of race, creed, or color, should be treated the way this company treated me. Their lead sprayer was rude, arrogant, cocky, and pretentious. He did not want to do his job correctly for my home. He even lied about the process. TERRIBLE! It was like dealing with immature school kids from the office girl who screened my calls and would never call me back, to the innate bias with preconceived notions about certain people. They only got their first visit right! Then they started having cancellation after cancellation and if they had any free time, they just show up at my door with no appointment. And I am disabled! I was appalled at the way Green Tree came into my home and talked to me after I had paid my money for their services. They were not courteous to their customer at all! I felt mortified at the treatment that I received from this local company but at the end it should not have surprised me. The owner is from this area. The technician and I both counted the money, and I was told a receipt would be emailed. Surprise--no receipt ever came. Then today, after I left $284 inside for my scheduled service, I get a call saying I "still owe $10 from last time." Instead of doing his job, the tech sat in my driveway for 45 minutes, wrote up fake notes about our last visit, and left without spraying a single thing. When I questioned it, the office doubled down on their lies and wouldn't even confirm whether he had done any work at all. The owner, Tim, finally called me only after I had wasted hours of my day. I told him to pull the recorded calls, because what his employees are saying simply did not happen. Now they're making me wait for another technician, meaning another four hours wasted outside my own home just to get service. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth your time or money. Find a pest control service that doesn't invent fake debts, lie in their notes, and waste your entire day.

We were wrong, then charged for the entire quarter within 24 hours of cancellation-- without warning-- simply sent an emailed invoice when our account had already been drafted (and without a call we'd been awaiting, having been told someone would reach out regarding our concerns). Never will we ever use these services again, and I suggest you strongly reconsider if not absolutely certain you want locked in for a year here.
