I have used Hunters for my HVAC needs since moving to Wharton four years ago. Hunter (my…read moretechnician/advisor) worked with me when I needed to upgrade my air ducts to being my home up to code. He was professional and polite and did not pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn't need. After the installation he returned to fine tune the system and to be certain that there were no problems with the installation. The installers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I am very happy with the work that they did and I was very pleased with the final cost. They are very prompt with their service calls and they are very respectful of my property. I highly recommend them.

In desperation, I came across Generator Boyz in Yelp and gave them a call and explained to them the problem and loaded up the generator and brought it to their shop which was only 2 miles from my house. Once I got there, I explained to them what was going on and I also, I informed them I needed it back ASAP because of the forecasted weather. The next day, got a call and they said it was ready. Upon arriving to pick it up, it was running and we ran it several times before we loaded it back in my vehicle. Because it was an emergency repair the value was not that important but the service they provided in a short period of time was invaluable and timely. I will definitely be adding them to my database for future service and repairs.

Recently I requested quotes on an install of a new unit that I own but also asked them to quote an install if I purchased the unit from them. I sent pictures of the install and had to call twice before I could get a response. Their project estimator asked me on what day he could some look. I told him on the next Friday (one week out). I also asked for a preliminary based on the information provided with the understanding that it would have to be finalized after the site visit. No one showed up, no one has contacted me...nothing. They obviously do not need a dedicated customer's business anymore and, sadly, I will be finding a more reliable company for my future business.
