We started using her because we really had no solid foundation on how to train our golden retriever. She showed up at our home and we instantly loved her and so did Zinnia our puppy. We elected to board/train her while we left for vacation and she exceeded all our expectations. Zinnia is fantastic and we have plenty of information and tools to continue working with Zinnia on our own but Melissa will continue being our trainer on more advanced skills (service dog) and we feel like we have made a new friend also. So PLEASE, do not hesitate to call her but make sure to leave us some time too!

You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

I tried to discipline him the best way I knew how but it still wasn't sticking. I didn't have the proper time or experience to reaalllly sit down and do the thing with him and that's what he needed. He had a few manners when he wasn't barking at me to play or jumping from couch to couch, or using my friends' backs as personal climbing posts and licking them to death (let's not even get into the Aussie drive to nip/herd people and things which was the real big problem) Samson was a GOOD baby BUT* My fur pal that was returned to me is now an obedient, more relaxed little man! It hasn't even been 24 hours and I am truly blown away! We still have more training to do together (me more than him) but I am so pleasantly surprised to see how much he has already changed. Thank you Allegiant Canine for not only shaping him into the dog he was always capable of being, but for loving him like he was your own. I know that when he is in Matt's care he's in dog heaven, having the time of his dog life playing with other pups and being out in the country AND getting the HUMAN love and attention he needs.
