I have had approximately 35 dogs treated by him in the past 36 years with more-than-satisfactory care received for routine vaccinations, spay/neutering, trauma, & disease. They refuse to check it and get it sent OR at least give her something else. That vet does not know me but I will always defend my animals..they are absolutely heartless!!!

Mavis (my dog), is extremely anxious and terrified of everything. She came from an abusive situation and required sedation for a hair cut and nails. She seemed unaffected by the experience. This group of docs and staff CARE about animals; it is so so apparent. Our 16 year old cat that…read morehas been there once before for a urinary tract infection was sick again. They were double booked already but told us to come in (yes, a sick 16 year old cat needs to be treated and they did). Not only are these docs and staff just absolutely the greatest because their diagnostic and treatment skills are first rate but also because they care! Prices are reasonable and very appreciated by all of us who love our pets. Reminds me of when I took 2 feral kittens in to be spayed to a previous vet and BEFORE the procedure they shared what the bill would be (AND I AM NOT kidding and it was to be $1000 per kitten. No joke and I would flatt out like to tell you which office but, of course, I won't. But after laughing, I told them that was ridiculous which got the costs MORE than cut in half. This Sparta office , the doctors and staff really care about animals and care about the people who love them. And more importantly even, they are super skilled. Can not recommend them more highly!!!

Angela (owner) had a cancellation the next day and was able to take one of them. She booked the other two for the next week. Very happy it was so quick!! I took one in the next day. Dropped her off at 8:00 & picked her up at 11:30. She looked absolutely adorable!! Angela did an excellent job & got what I wanted with her "puppy" cut. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get the other two in. They were done by someone else (can't remember her name), but also cut & groomed exactly how I like them! Will definitely use them from now on and highly recommend Purrfectly Pawlished!!

Having a couple of new puppies who could potentially be around sick animals is a bit nerve-racking. The office was extremely clean, as was the examination room. We waited less than five minutes and were taken back. Both puppies were weighed and giving their shots without a whimper. Then came the worming medicine, which was no issues there either. The veterinarian came in and examined both puppies separately. He was very thorough. He was just as pleasant as the nurse was, and it was very obvious they loved what they did! I highly recommend this vet!

I suppose most of the clients aren't the type to hurry and write up a review, and truthfully, I…read moredidn't hurry either. But now that I found Jeff Stubblefield on Yelp, I really want to add my experience. I acquired a mare wearing shoes, and after a few months her hooves had grown a lot so the shoes really needed to come off and the hooves needed trimming. She allowed us to try, try again, and try again...and none of us or the people we hired (a farrier, mind you!) could remove those shoes. The overzealous cowboy up in the mountains had done superior work, and there was no danger this horse would ever throw a shoe! Jeff Stubblefield was recommended to me, and within 20-30 minutes, the mare was free of shoes with hooves freshly trimmed. Jeff does quick, efficient, quick work for a fair price. That's why he's so busy, trimming hooves six days a week all over middle Tennessee.
