The best dog trainer I've ever worked with! Fantastic for train and board and private sessions.

Amber did an amazing job with Bailey. I was so nervous before bringing Bailey for her first day of…read more2 weeks of board and train. I was concerned about the e collar and how Bailey would respond. She's a 5 month mini goldendoodle. Amber not only reassured me that Bailey would be fine but she also took the time to answer all of our questions. All the videos that Amber sent showing Baileys progress was amazing to see her learn! Bailey learned so much! It's been a week since she was in "school" and she continues to do well. Consistency, patience and discipline is key for any training program so my role is just as important. I definitely recommend Amber as a trainer. She showed genuine care and concern for Bailey. Thank you

We dropped our 2 year old white GSD Mattie with Matt Hiser, in Bolton, CT, for the two week board…read moreand train. Mattie was struggling with consistency while out and about and needed to clean up her manners. Matt was receptive to our concerns and goals. He sent video clips and photos to update Mattie's progress. When we returned to pick her up Matt spent several hours with us going over everything Mattie learned and exactly how we should work with her at home. Mattie has been great since returning home. She is well mannered and eager to work every day. She knows all her commands (Sit, Down, Come, Stay, Place). She is doing great with extended down/stay and is a pleasure to have out in public. We would recommend Matt for any of your training needs. His experience and demeanor are second to none.

Spot on took us right away, and although the outcome wasn't what I wished for, I was met with clinical expertise and compassion. All of this happened to me on my very first visit. Dr. Putter and his staff will always be etched in my memory as the angels who helped me withstand the incredible pain of letting go of my precious Henry Rinpoche.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING…read more We scheduled a consultation for stem cell therapy for our dog. Before the appointment, I specifically called to confirm that it was a free consultation because we only wanted information about the procedure and pricing at this stage. I was clearly told it was free. When we arrived, we were placed in a small, closed, hot room and waited almost 30 minutes. Not ideal, especially with our dog. As we were leaving, we were suddenly told we owed $160. I was shocked. I explained that I had called beforehand and was told it would be a free consultation. The front desk employee responded that "there is always a charge." I asked them to listen to the recorded call because I had specifically confirmed this before coming in. She said she would "go talk to the manager," and we waited another 15 minutes. She came back and said they wouldn't charge us today -- but that we would still have an open balance on our account. That makes absolutely no sense. If it was their mistake, why would we still owe the money? I asked to speak with the manager and requested to listen to the recorded call myself. The manager came out and refused to let us hear it, repeating that we would still have an open balance. After a long, stressful conversation, she finally admitted it was a mistake made by the front desk staff -- but still insisted we owed the money. That is unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated, stressed, and completely disrespected. If a clinic makes a mistake, they should take accountability -- not push the cost onto the client. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. We will not be returning for stem cell therapy or any other service.
