Hired this company from PA for a 4-plex purchase in FL to pump/inspect the 4 septic tanks prior to…read moreour closing on the property. This company, together with the home inspector (also on site that same day) MISSED AN ENTIRE TANK - told us there were only 3 and that the front building shares one larger tank due to the well being on the other side of the property. Seemed plausible, so we move along. They provided zero report of any kind for this "inspection". No photos. Nothing but a phone call saying you have 3 and they look fine, we're done and gone. We're now working to get the property fixed up and despite paying $1,248 for these inspections, we STILL don't know exactly where the access lids are located since Payless buried them again with no photos. We didn't get fully moved down for a few more months, so the grass was grown back over and we couldn't tell where had been dug. We have since purchased our own very expensive sewer scope and locator only to find we do in fact have a 4th tank that Payless completely ignored. When we hired another company to come pump that 4th tank after finding it ourselves - they showed up with the permitting plans for our property and knew not only that there were 4 on the property, but exactly where the 4th tank was before we even showed them. Why did Payless not check these records? We are still learning and didn't know to look for those records at the time, but I would expect a professional in this business to know about them. We also now know that all 4 tanks are original and the same size, so that was a lie telling us that the front building shared one larger tank. How does a professional septic company not own a locator?

Communication with their office has been very easy and their employees are always friendly, professional, prompt and responsive. Recently, we needed our septic tank serviced. Their tech Angela took it to a whole new level. Not only did she arrive early to service our septic tank, she greeted us with a big smile and explained the process she was about to perform. He told us he would start and never did. Called saying he couldn't start since he had other jobs open. But he had our permit in hand. THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING SINCE APRIL 29,2025! And now Jon ( Jonathan T Labruyere owner on all Public documents) but Jon Shrout is who came to the house and took both our deposits will not return a call, txt or email. We just called again today and it says the 352-504-5101 is no longer accepting calls. So either he changed his number or is now out of business. Either way he took 2 deposits and never did the job. He should be returning the deposits. Jon told us he would start the job the week of July 9, 2025 but he was a no show. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job. I have called the health department and they said no permit was issued. ***Update!*** To be…read moreclear, we did our research but were essentially going by the assessment of multiple employees at Advanced (several technicians & office staff). We have now received a call from the owner & even he admits there are communication & training issues that he is working on. We appreciate the extra effort he is now giving the situation. So glad great customer service is shining through. ************* Mother-in-law contracted with Advanced Septic for a full septic service mid-Feb. Paid $275. Last night, toilets wouldn't flush and sewage began backing up into bathtub. Yuck! So, a little more than 6 weeks after an "alleged" full service, we had to request an emergency service call. Contacted Advanced Septic and was told we would be their first service this morning after they started business at 7:30. Approx 8:45, a technician shows up. Finds OLD blockage & behind that a 90% FULL tank!! Ok... here's why I'm upset & I believe this business to be unfair, bordering on fraud, possibly preying on senior citizens.... They want to charge another $275!! What?!?! 6 weeks after a full service, one tank is found to be 90% & they want to charge for THEIR IMPROPER & INCOMPLETE INITIAL SERVICE?! We contacted the company & was basically told that the original technicians reported a complete service. OBVIOUSLY, 6 weeks after the initial service, no tank should be at 90%!! Advanced Septic insisted on payment but reduced service fee to $150. If we had known that a COMPLETE service would cost $425, we would have gone elsewhere! Suffice to say, we will NOT be using this company again & they were told that negative reviews would be posted.
