The conversation started well, but then he started asking probing questions as to why I was doing what I was doing. Now, I am not a person that likes my actions question as to why? I just don't think that I need to explain why I am doing anything, especially when I am going to spend thousands of dollars. This ultimately lead to a heated argument and the cancellation of the appointment. It did not take long to fill the vacant slot with another company which won my business and was very appreciative.

From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! I was also in the process of having another highly recommended deck railing company bid my replacement, but I canceled them and decided have the deck railing replaced by US QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. Update 09/24/20: I did receive a call from the same admin this morning. She did reference my posted review. I was able to schedule an appointment for this weekend. Original 09/24/20: I would love to be able to give a firsthand account of their professionalism AND quality of work. In fact, I did reach out to them originally because their reviews on Google are overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, after two calls out to the business to request an assessment and estimate for a home I'm under contract to purchase, and being told twice I'd be called back with the field person's availability, I've not received a callback. I was told both times he would only be available evenings or weekends; I told the admin with whom I spoke that that's fine as I'm fairly flexible. Still, I explained on the second call I made that time is of the essence in my situation (inspection periods only last so long) so I asked that they either let me know promptly when he might be able to meet me, or just tell me he doesn't have time so I can reach out to someone else. Still nothing--and I was made to feel as if I was wasting the admin's time judging by her tone of voice and not saying "goodbye" before disconnecting the call. They may do good work, but if you're looking for responsiveness and professionalism, look elsewhere.

We moved into our new home and found that most of our finished basement was unusable. Our HVAC…read moresystem was installed about 8" from the wall with a cold air return opening into the main area. The main area consists of a full bar / kitchen, a listening area for music and 2 bedrooms and a bath. The problem is when the fan, heat or air was on the cold air return sounded like a "Shop Vac" making it impossible to listen to music or even have normal conversation. When we'd have family in they could hear it running in their bedrooms behind closed doors and found it hard to sleep. For almost a year whenever we used the downstairs living area we totally shut off the HVAC but unfortunately the rest of the house suffered durning the winter or summer months. Long story short we called several highly rated companies that had lots of feedback but they only remove or install. The guys a Royal said, "No problem". They came out and gave us reasonable bid, scheduled us the following week and spent 3-4 hours in the basement. They closed off the obnoxious cold air return and diverted it into one of the bedrooms and billiard area. Now the "Shop Vac" is dead quiet in ever area. Unbelievable difference...Truly. We are still baffled by the difference months later. We now entertain quit frequently and would highly recommend Royal Heating and Air.
