Typical of any business to come out and try to bring it back on the consumer, who paid for their services when they don't stand by their work but like I said what they don't say in their comments, are they were the ones who put the holes in the pipes, not me and when they came out to repair it, the first time they didn't repair it properly. All they did was put some kind of epoxy over the holes and left that doesn't fix it that puts a Band-Aid on it. Those pipes did not leak until they were done with the project. They have no problem taking your money, but they don't wanna come out and be responsible for stuff that they tore up. They want to try to fix it the cheapest they can thinking and hoping you don't know any better so they don't lose any money for their mistakes.

From the moment their company stepped foot on site to work, I knew I was going to have to watch over them. Prior to starting their work, they did zero prep work for protection of the area they were working in or the area they were traveling carrying misc debris from my basement through my home and out my front door. Second cause for concern was when their hydraulic hoses burst and sprayed oil throughout my basement/home office. Instead of showing concern for the mess they made, their employees thought it was a good idea to whip their hands on my walls and never once attempted to clean up the oil on my walls, ceilings or flooring. Once they started to lift the house, I could hear one of their employees express concern about raising my foundation too high to one of his co workers and sure enough, they raised the center of my home too high by almost 1.5"!! Cracking my foundation slab in my garage and creating plumbing issues (cracked hard pipe tub), multiple drywall cracks throughout, and damaging our double vanity in our master bathroom. If all this sounds like its not enough to make you run, my wife had the "luxury" of finding a full bottle of PISS one of their employees left in our basement! I have been communicating with Curtis, if that's what you what to call it, for nearly three months and Curtis feels that these issues are NOT THEIR OBLIGATION and are trying to argue that it is my floor that is out! RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR YOU CAN!!! I am giving them 1 star because I am not allowed to give them a ZERO!!
