Excellent tree service…read more We had a fairly big job - take down a ~40' aspen that was dying and had grown up through cable lines, trim the branches of a smaller ponderosa off the roof and the biggest: clear out all the deadwood and reduce the weight off one big limb of the huge, 140 foot ponderosa in our front yard. Woody gave us a fair estimate, we got on the schedule within a couple of weeks and most of all, they performed. The aspen came down quickly without damaging anything around it, the roof trimming was next and went smoothly and the big pondo got a serious makeover, all in a day. Cleanup was great - they left the yard looking better than when they arrived. The big pondo trimming was a two-prong attack. One guy went up into the high branches and cleared deadwood while the bucket truck was used to get to the outer branches and the third kept the wood chipper busy. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. But what impressed me most and what ensures a 5-star rating was their diligence. After all the work had been done, all three guys proceeded to clean up the area, running the final branches through the chipper, sweeping and blowing the street clean. It seemed like everything was wrapped up but then it was noticed that a few branches had hung up in the big pondo. So, they re-positioned the bucket truck, went up and cleared the branches, fired up the wood chipper again and then re-cleaned up the area. All without us saying anything. Woody Tree Service is a certified arborist, licensed, bonded and insured. Highly recommended.

On the day of the work, the crew was on site for less than an hour, yet I was charged the full amount. I complained and was told the amount would be reduced, but I have not received and refund. The work was minimal. I would not hire this company again.

Then 3 hours later, he called and told me he was backing out because had decided he no longer wants to goe to Sunriver, Hmm. Then why does he advertise as "Bend and surrounding areas"? Anyway, he wasted his time, and my time, and is not a man of his word. Also, he is not cheap at $170/hour. Avoid this guy.

I hired this company to do my lawn because I broke my leg. I was very disappointed with their…read morework. He set the appointment for 10:00 am and arrived almost an hour late. He messaged me about 9 minutes after his scheduled arrival time from another job 20 minutes away to tell me he was running late. He arrive almost an hour later than my scheduled appointment time. Then, he added $5 to his quoted price and left grass clippings all over my back porch and in the street in front of my house. Especially when he claimed to be giving me a veteran's discount. This was very unprofessional. I was shocked that a veteran would have such a poor work ethic!! I will never hired this company again!
