Do not start a subscription if you think you will ever need to place a phone call to these people because you can't find a phone number that you can get someone to answer or call you back. You can get an automatic reply with an email asking for additional information but once you send in the information, they don't reply back. You have been warned. I can't get in touch with anyone at foamworks about a situation that has happened with a payment on my card. I went to foamworks on November 1st 2025 and thought I was purchasing 1 wash. The attendant there for some reason could not get the kiosk to take my payment without adding several numbers to my tag. I was under the assumption I was purchasing one wash. No, he signed me up for a subscription and on December 1st $49.97 was taken out of my account. I have tried to reach out to customerservice@foamworks multiple times to either get a refund or this added to my actual foamworks account. At this point I've had two months of a membership I can't even use because it isn't linked to my account or my tag. I've tried disputing the charge with my bank but they say since it's a membership I agreed to the terms which I didn't! I can not even log into to my foamworks account to cancel this subscription because it's NOT LINKED TO MY TAG!!!! Can someone please dear god reach out to me. I was here on Father's Day at 5 pm. The young guys had it blocked off. But the car wash door was let up l. Your website says only closes on Christmas,Thanksgiving, and Easter. Why os it closed today and I see workers sitting in their car. I pay monthly membership, and this is the service I receive..smh Cars is coming in and out. I was there today to get a wash which I rarely have time for so my membership is a dumb idea anyway. After paying monthly for over a year, I've only been there a handful of times. It's in a bad location so that's another reason I don't get there much. There were two cars in front of me and they were having technical problems. The cars started lining up behind me in the member lane and the black guy that works there started waving the people behind me to come around to the other side in front of me. I said what are you doing? Why are you waving people around me? Why not wave me over? He told the black girl there that I had an attitude. I said if I had a way to get out of there I would NEVER be back. This place is horrible. One way in and if there's an issue, you have to back your vehicle up around a maze to get out and that's if the people behind you move. I will NEVER be back to this car wash after being treated like I was today. read more

This location has been out of cleaning products, tire shine, and many of the vacuum machines have not worked since early spring throughout the entire summer. It is apparent that the blower that removes water does not work. We ALWAYS have to hand dry our cars so it takes about 30-40 mins to get in and out of this location. There was an elderly couple outside in 97 degree heat wiping their Jeep down because is was soaked. I should not have to do so much work an an automated car wash. We are paying Foamworks, but it's much cheaper to "hand wash" our cars at home versus what we get at this location. Their old dilapidated machines need to be repaired. Squeaky Clean went out of business for a reason! We should not have to drive to Riverside Drive for automated quality and 10 min service. read more

Having a very dirty SUV I stopped here at FoamWorks on Hartley Bridge Rd. A very delightful young lady (Ms. Bella) met me at the kiosk to assist with paying for the car wash. As I pulled up to the entrance another young lady, together with Ms. Bella began scrubbing the road dirt and bird droppings from the vehicle with long handled scrub brushes. After the vehicle was sent through the wash I pulled over at the vacuum area to inspect the wash job. It was fantastic! I was very happy with the results and impressed with the effort these two young ladies put forth to have a satisfied customer! If you try this location I think you will be satisfied. read more

I thinking about withdrawing my recurring monthly service with this company. This location is close to me and they are always out of tire shine. I am a mon paying customer and I deserve to get everything that I pay for. All of the vaccum cleaners don't work, plus water just sits on my car after it is supposed to be dried. Please get new machines ASAP or I will take my business elsewhere. I am not happy with this location. read more

1/2 the foamers do not spay and one of the large blowers have been inoperative for 4 months. sometimes the brush water leaves worse residue than you had before. this used to be a good carwash... going downhill. read more
