The attendant there for some reason could not get the kiosk to take my payment without adding several numbers to my tag. I was under the assumption I was purchasing one wash. No, he signed me up for a subscription and on December 1st $49.97 was taken out of my account. I have tried to reach out to customerservice@foamworks multiple times to either get a refund or this added to my actual foamworks account. At this point I've had two months of a membership I can't even use because it isn't linked to my account or my tag. I've tried disputing the charge with my bank but they say since it's a membership I agreed to the terms which I didn't! I can not even log into to my foamworks account to cancel this subscription because it's NOT LINKED TO MY TAG!!!! Can someone please dear god reach out to me. I have the monthly pass (just for a month because it was a deal) and wasn't sure if it would work at this one as I got it in Augusta, but it did!
