From the first day of construction, Nov. 4, 2013, Brad and his various crew members were a homeowner's dream--on-time, efficient, knowledgeable, and great at cleaning the job site at end of each day. Their workmanship and professionalism were evident at each step of the roofing process. Our old, crumbly, leaky 26-year-old roof now is snug, and sparkles in rain or shine. Our property is aesthetically enhanced and its value has been locked-in for years to come. Additionally, Brad's connection wit GAF as an elite roofer gives us present and long-term peace of mind with the Golden Pledge Warranty. After they took our $1500 deposit, it took multiple calls to get them in to do the work. Once they completed the work we had paid over $4000. The space is NOT insulated, they left the entrance hole wide open, and there was water in it from a leak. A leak they knew about and neglected to tell us. The job was in January, 2019. After multiple calls for weeks they came back and fixed a piece of flexed duct work that was destroyed by the leak - mid March. It's still very cold in the addition. The mildew is gone, at least. We now have to spend more money to go back inside and insulate it ourselves. We are highly disappointed!!
