I'm writing this review based on my family's recent experience with this company. My wife was a…read moreprevious customer and had also referred people to them, so we expected better customer service and communication. She purchased a promotional offer directly through their website. The promotion was still publicly active, allowed payment to go through, and had no visible expiration date listed anywhere. After she questioned the promotion, she was told it had expired and that she "should've taken advantage of it in March," even though the offer was still live and purchasable on their own website. The company later acknowledged that the page had remained visible longer than it should have, but still refused to honor the promotion and only offered the standard return-customer discount. Instead of taking accountability for the confusion caused by their own website, their public response came across as defensive and condescending. What made the situation worse is that they stated the refund was processed immediately, but my wife still had not received it. She followed up asking for confirmation or a reference number and received no response. Because of that, we had to open a dispute with the card issuer. Leaving an expired promotion active with no visible expiration date is one issue. Ignoring a customer multiple times when they are asking about a refund is another. This experience completely changed our confidence in this company, and we no longer feel comfortable doing business with them.

I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

I called around for a couple of quotes but after speaking to Justin from Magnif-A-Tent I knew I was heading in the right direction. When the guest list was completed we had 125 guests coming. Not being exactly sure of what size tent we would need, Justin came to my house to measure out the yard to find the best location and to see how big a tent we would need. He laid out a plan for a 30 x 60 tent with an adjoining 20 x 20 tent for a dance floor, and for good measure a 10 x 10 tent for the DJ. Justin and his crew showed up Friday morning and spent 7 hrs setting up these tents along with tables, linens and chairs. Saturday morning it was raining and Justin and another fellow showed up early in the morning to double check that everything was perfect and we would have no problems. The party began and the weather cooperated as best it could. Party was fabulous and went off without a hitch because of Magnif-A-Tent. Do I recommend them. Well if you have to ask then you haven't read this review. If I every need a tent there's only one number I'll call.
