Hi, My name is Robin and I have been a patient at Grace Chiropractic for a year now…read more I came to Grace Chiropractic as part of my healing journey. I like to think of myself as a Holistic individual and to me Chiropractic is a discipline that encompasses just that. My Journey started after being hit by a transport truck travelling at a high speed on the 400 in the Spring of 2003. I was left with many injuries and had much work to do on both physical and emotional levels. It has been a long road back and I am happy to say that venturing in here (to Grace Chiropractic) when I saw an ad online over a year ago, was one of my better decisions. I can totally feel the difference that Chiropractic has made in my life, for pain levels and stiffness, for my general mobility and for the confidence that I needed to continue this Journey. I wanted to do this review in case anyone who might be looking at one of those ads online is 'sitting on the fence', not sure if you should respond? I want you to know that you should. I also want to emphasize that you must give it enough time and make the commitment to give it a fair chance. Most likely you did not get to where you are in a month, so you cannot expect to have a miraculous cure in that amount of time either. I want you to know that I am moving forward toward healing and that you can too. Jenny and Sharron greet you with a kind word and smiles as you arrive. The other patients are all very respectful and Dr Tim is very professional, takes the time needed to work with you. I encourage you to take that step and set yourself on a path toward genuine, lasting healing. Yours in our mutual Healing Journeys, Robin

The second visit however he spent not looking me in the eyes, talking to my breasts and after talking about how I don't like my neck being manually adjusted and agreeing that he would not use manual adjustments on my neck without permission in my first visit, he went ahead and manually adjusted my neck. I felt so betrayed that I was in shock. I would never recommend him and didn't go back.

He has given me great relief where other chiropractors have been unable to do so. And to top it all off, he is a kind and empathetic person who is a joy to be around. I would personally recommend him to anyone and I know they would thank me for it. Danika G.

SERIOUSLY! A positive thing was the Dr Lee's attention to my needs. The other was the techs. I had an anxiety attack from being in the chair for over an hour. I told the hygienist that I was having pain in my back and around scarred areas. She seemed preoccupied with finishing up and getting me out. She offered no help. I had a planned visit for just xrays and assessment. I was there well over 2 hours and the claim they submitted did not include the extras that were not planned or discussed. The future claim was also short on some items which would have costed me many more dollars. Please do your homework before consenting to treatments. Know what is being done, how much time is involved, what can be done for you if you need a break, what are ALL the expenses. Call Sunlife to review the claim and possible costs and items not included. Be your own advocate. Take someone with you to listen and ask questions.
