Hi, My name is Robin and I have been a patient at Grace Chiropractic for a year now…read more I came to Grace Chiropractic as part of my healing journey. I like to think of myself as a Holistic individual and to me Chiropractic is a discipline that encompasses just that. My Journey started after being hit by a transport truck travelling at a high speed on the 400 in the Spring of 2003. I was left with many injuries and had much work to do on both physical and emotional levels. It has been a long road back and I am happy to say that venturing in here (to Grace Chiropractic) when I saw an ad online over a year ago, was one of my better decisions. I can totally feel the difference that Chiropractic has made in my life, for pain levels and stiffness, for my general mobility and for the confidence that I needed to continue this Journey. I wanted to do this review in case anyone who might be looking at one of those ads online is 'sitting on the fence', not sure if you should respond? I want you to know that you should. I also want to emphasize that you must give it enough time and make the commitment to give it a fair chance. Most likely you did not get to where you are in a month, so you cannot expect to have a miraculous cure in that amount of time either. I want you to know that I am moving forward toward healing and that you can too. Jenny and Sharron greet you with a kind word and smiles as you arrive. The other patients are all very respectful and Dr Tim is very professional, takes the time needed to work with you. I encourage you to take that step and set yourself on a path toward genuine, lasting healing. Yours in our mutual Healing Journeys, Robin

I had a disagreement with them over custom orthotics. When I emailed them to let them know I was…read moreunhappy because they did not fit in any of my shoes and ask for their help, the response was "as with any custom product it is final sale and alterations after the fact are not possible". At no point did I say I wanted a refund. I was not properly seen by any professional before these orthotics were made, something I plan to let my insurance company know. I also had to wait approx two months, which they claim was "out of their control". I was offered a $50 refund, but I had to let them know by the end of that day, and I didn't see the email in time because I was working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of) and I have an appointment with a podiatrist now to have them evaluated and adjusted if possible. While I have heard very good things about their other services, I would caution anyone about getting their orthotics from here.
