I had a hip replacement and I had booked her for my first appointment three days after the surgery. She carefully assessed me and designed a personal program to meet my needs. Sarah listened to what I had for goals and with her knowledge designed my first week of exercises to start me on that path. I had two more appointments with her and each time she re-assessed my progress and was able to personalize the exercises for me to get complete results. I have been to many physiotherapists over the years and Sarah is by far the very best. On my first check-up with my surgeon, he was ecstatic with my progress and wanted to know what I had done in the first four weeks of rehab. He too felt that I had excellent home physiotherapy in order to progress to such a degree so quickly. I will need my other hip replaced and Sarah already knows that she will be my first phone call as soon as I have a date for the surgery. Usually you are asked to come early to fill in paperwork and ask your problem areas. I know there is call display but I was calling on my work phone so cell is different number. Told me the address but not that it was a home with no parking and where to come in. No one answered the door. I finally walked in and called but no one answered. No one answered the phone either. Finally got someone and had massage. It felt rushed since she moved with rapid speed from one area to another. I left with a headache and pain along my spine that hadn't been there before.
