Try it you'll find it very helpful and remember that shiatsu is not Swedish massage. It's one that requires healing. So the benefits will kick in 2-3,days after. In fact you might leave a little sore but that's the japanese style of shiatsu. Asian people know how to treat ailments. They e been doing it for thousands of years. Ask about cupping.
