To make matters worse, her attitude during the call was incredibly rude. She displayed absolutely no bedside manner or compassion, and spoke to me in a way that was dismissive and disrespectful. I have never encountered such a lack of courtesy or professionalism from someone in the wellness industry. I also want to warn others: this provider advertises a shady little Google Maps location that does not allow for public reviews.
