From late filing with very very little notice, to being BLAMED by the team for documents they lost, to no-shows at meetings, we've given them so many chances. All the way down to how they receive payments, how they receive documentation, how they (don't) organize documentation, it's all very messy on the inside. If you're looking for someone who explains their work, does thorough interviewing and follow-up, and has smart, diligent team members, this is not the team. Maybe if you're looking for something cheap and local, it is.
