After seeing the process in action and discussing options with Ron, i left my vehicle there with a quoted delivery of 3pm on Friday, or just over 48 hours after delivery. When Friday came around, Ron gave me a call to let me know i could pick it up around noon, which was awesome. The quality of work was definitely worth the price. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Ron greeted me with two of the filthiest pieces of detailing clay that i have even seen along with a gunked up buffing pad. Long story short, the crap embedded in the clear coat was meticulously removed prior to the coating, which is exactly what a customer wants. It would help if you could post clips and name them and describe what they're doing: step 1 prep [incl. blah and blah], step 2 prep [incl. blah and blah], clay bar [for blah], etc., accounting for each step of the promised process.
