Inside the food hall was Lisa Elmqvist in a weird sectional format. What we didn't know was it was a Michelin restaurant mixed in with other restaurants under the same roof. My first meal in Europe was fish and chips on a green pea puree, an order of smoked eel on rye bread, and catch of the day. I wish I remembered to take pictures instead of letting my stomach do some talking. The best dish that day was the smoked eel on rye. That was just too good. Fish and chips with the puree and house made dip was also a good combo of flavors. The catch of the day with vegetables wasn't so appealing so that was a miss. It wasn't as memorable in flavor as the smoked eel was but still a fresh fish. Also a miss was service. They seem to do everything on their time. A lot of serving others and cleaning before getting back to us but when they did they always gave us fresh new silverware and plates.
