They had a very good selection of brands. The prices teetered on high--but that is New York State's fault and the weekly specials were very good. The delivery service was on point. But honestly they get reduced to two stars for the ownership/management choosing to break the law and jeopardize the store, the staff, and the customers and area they service. Let's not forget their opening mission: a shared goal to serve working-class people through their dispensary. So great, you're closed and the other dispensaries are raising their prices in response and all your customers can go screw themselves? Was that it?
