Firstly, they get 5 stars simply because of the price. I ordered an egg white omelette with spinach, tonsil tomatoes, breakfast potatoes etc and it came out to $7. I mean you honestly can't beat that in this area. I would go back in a heartbeat plus my omelette was very tasty read more

In defense of The Hobo* breakfast sandwich. I usually eschew picking menu favorites to recommend to Yelpers because everyone has their own favorite flavor profile. Flynn's Deli serves tasty high quality food that it is eminently easy to customize to one's particular taste. They ask, listen and remember chosen alterations to their "standard" fare. I find Flynn's to be a friendly great bang-for-the-buck establishment. Now it is time to climb out on a limb... The Hobo was not getting full props in another review. I want to vouch for this belly-filling sublime combination of smoky savory bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, gooey cheese and tender potatoes all nestled in a soft hoagie roll -- salt, pepper and ketchup upon request. I love Flynn's. They have the best soups and sandwiches for lunch. The service is also great and friendly. The prices are great and I wish every town in the area had a deli like Flynn's so I wouldn't have to trek all the way to Westwood to come here. If they have the cream of chicken soup on their menu that day - get it! It's probably one of the best soups I've ever had and I've had a lot of soup. I've been coming to Flynn's for the past 5 years, so this review is well overdue. I work down the block from flynn's and they are just good people providing good service and good food for the neighborhood. I always call in my order and come pick it up. There are times when they are busy and you'll have to wait, but they are never impatient with you and they are always happy to help. A true family shop. Locals all know to come here to get good breakfast, lunch and snacks that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. I love their omelets and they always accommodate my requests. For a while I was training and eating really clean. I would ask them to use as less oil/butter on my omelets and they would use just a little bit of Pam instead of butter. I get my breakfast omelets for under $5. You can't find that anywhere! You can even order bacon on the side for just $1, for a little afternoon snack or for a breakfast side :) I really wish they are open on sundays too! But i know they need a day off. Because they are closed, on Sundays, I'm forced to go to Goldberg's across the street for pricy bagels and terrible service :( read more

Flynn's Deli catered my daughters outdoor wedding this weekend. I must say both my guests and I were absolutely and without exception, delighted with the food. The Hors D'oeuvres were a wonderful surprising treat and just delicious. You truly outdid yourself on the fabulous BBQ!!!! The food was truly luscious but the menu was outstanding! Great menu, varied and plentiful! I was very, very pleased. To top it all off you had a wonderful and much anticipated ice-cream truck to help finish off the great desserts of tasty cookies, yummy brownies and mouth watering-watermelon. This place was recommended by a coworker who lives in Westwood. What a great recommendation. Sandwiches here are hearty and delicious. They have your basic deli sandwiches such as the Italian hero filled with pepperoni, salami, provolone, letter onions, tomatoes. Flynn's also has special named sandwiches such as Keith's 4 Wheel Drive, which is stuffed with 2 huge chicken cutlets, packed with bacon and garnished with onions and honey mustard. Yum! Okay, it is about time I checked in because I have been getting Flynn's Taylor Ham and Egg sandwiches for years. A few years back, I bought one of those fine breakfast sandwiches from Goldberg's, Ronnie's and Flynn's and tried each for comparison. The winner? Flynn's. Hands down. And their coffee is good too. My only complaint? They aren't open on Sundays. Oh well. BTW, they have the best lunchtime sandwiches in the area and their meatballs are fabulous. read more

There is a small counter and 2 tables where you can order breakfast or lunch.
