My dad and Mother in law had no issues and a pleasant experience with setting up an appt and creating a trust , but my wife and I weren't so lucky . It feels weird to recommend someone to a couple family members and then have a bad experience myself. I'm not sure if it's just incompetence from the receptionist or business is so good that it doesn't matter if you return phone calls to potential customers, either way it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere. My mother in law had her sister call Carol a week ago after moving here from out of state and hadn't heard back so I can only assume that this is normal for her office to drop the ball and you should consider yourself to be lucky if you actually get a return call. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, I definitely wouldn't recommend this law office to anyone again .

Keenan let me know my various options while strategizing on the best way to insure that the tenant vacated without incident. In the end, he prepared a contract that made me feel secure in releasing some of the security deposit early in exchange for the tenant leaving on time.
