Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Laurie and Lynette went above and beyond to satisfy us as their customers. It all worked out and my daughter will be able to join us! That's exciting for us. We highly recommend Poblocki travel and thank Laurie and Lynette for doing a great job and providing top of the line customer service. It's that type of customer service that brings people back!

I expected her to help with booking airfare, I had to reach out to her to even get that process started and now because it is so late flights are already filling up. When we first started the process I asked if she was going to take care of flights and she said yes and then I never heard from her. It did not remove any stress or hassle with booking a vacation and every interaction felt like I was bothering her. Do not use them. I should have booked directly with Princess. I had sent Deanna an email of some ports and land tours we were interested in and ask if she could look into it and give us a quote. I would send her emails, and she wouldn't read all of it. She read what she wanted. I got ticked off when I sent her an email with different ports/land and asked if she could verify it had land tour and for a quote. She went ahead and cancelled the booking I already had and book the one I was only asking for a quote and didn't even answer my question. I finally sent her an email and told it was the 3rd time I felt she didn't listen to what I was saying or asking and that she definitely didn't read my email. I also let her know it was extremely frustrating and I decided to go elsewhere to have my trip planned. This was her response. Thanks for letting me know. Best wishes for your cruise.
