Great company I have had several Knights of Columbus shirts embroidered here. Such a pleasant staff with family values and amazing customer service. The quality of their embroidery is outstanding. I've sent at least 10-15 KofC members to get their shirt logos here yearly for the last 3 1/2 years after a brother Knight sent me here. I love that this is a local business and would rather support them over any commercial business and either way they have very competitive prices. Most of the time the shirts are done early or at least on time. They have so many colors and fonts to choose from and also have a nice gift shop with tons of great gift ideas. I've had hats shirts hoodies and beanies all embroidery here and some of my friends have had even custom chefs aprons with names and logos so they pretty much do it all. I went there to order a few shirts and to have them embroidered with our Knights of Columbus insignia. This is a nice clean boutique staffed with nice, competent people. It is a gift shop with a varied inventory that includes trendy clothing for adults and children and lots of gift irems including candles and so many other items that I can't even remember. It's aso near our favorite Italian restaurants, Reale's At Anderson Mill and 183. They completed the work I had for them earlier than promised and at a reasonable price for my budget, at least. I appreciated the fact that they did not have a minimum number of items that needed to be done, which some other shops did. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Had 8 shirts embroidered for $143 again for my budget. That was fine. I know some people may look at that and say that is a bit much. I dropped off a robe to babe embroidered. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. I let them know it was for my mother in laws bday and I was already going to miss the date to get it to her on time. They said Monday would be earliest but managed to get it done next day! I dropped off a moving blanket to be custom embroidered with a nickname for a dear friend (inside joke) and they didn't bat an eye. We had a grand time choosing the font and the thread color and most importantly, the job was done in a couple days. I had been dreading finding someone to accommodate my odd request, the last place I had this done acted really put out. Flying Threads took the job and truly excelled. Man...total lack of professionalism on the owner's part. She will ignore you upon entering, then once you're finally acknowledged after a few minutes, she'll ignore other customers and leave them waiting for an obscene amount of time. This place requires a "one time sign up fee" of $65.00, not including the overpriced threading/apparel charge, a supposed "shipping charge" (...What?) and of course a few miscellaneous fees she will fail to explain as she racks up the bill. All this for 3 simply embroidered hats made in China? Dana then proceeds to overcharge me, twice, until my gf corrects her both times. She will gaze at her screen and mutter a bunch of numbers and then apologize for the mix up. Cmon now, those were some truly painful acting skills. I was trying to get a golf bag embroidered on the pocket of the bag. Several stores refused to do it as the pocket didn't zip off. I called Flying Threads and Dana said she would be happy to embroider the bag. I asked how she would be able to do it and her answer was I take the embroidery machine apart so I am able to get it inside the pocket. Most stores will not do this as it takes extra time and is a bit of a hassle. Bottom line is they did a wonderful job, met my required date and I could not be happier! read more

Very disappointed---120.00 for embroidery of three stockings and four towels. Thread color on towels was suppose to be soft black -- got navy. Two stockings were perfect. Third unreadable and not correct capitalization. read more

I hands down recommend Flying Threads Custom Embroidery. My best friend had a jean jacket embroided for her wedding at a different place and it turned out no where near what she wanted. It was 4 days before the wedding and she was convinced that she wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it in time. I called around and finally found flying threads. She said they could take it in and give it back in time of the wedding. My friend was able to drop off her jacket, pick out her font and sizing, they removed the old embroidery and did an amazing job on the new one. Flying Threads literally saved the day. I am So very IMPRESSED and HAPPY! I have used Flying Threads for the first time and it WONT be the last! I needed to have a special baby lovey embroidered asap. Flying threads has accomplished some outstanding pieces for me. I have taken them some very unique projects for embroidery which they have worked through. I've had screen printed shirts done here as well as other custom pieces. Sometimes they seem to have a ton of work piled up so turn around can be delayed depending on load but I have seen that as a great sign that there are several others also utilizing this place for quality and affordable work/service. Never going back. I've been a FT customer for 8+ years. But tonight was turned away at 5:55 b/c they were "closed". Look, I get it, sometimes you have to close early. But that's no reason to be rude to me as if I'm an inconvenience because I opened the door and asked if there was any way to squeeze in one more order for the day. The attitude was rude and uncalled for, especially considering I'm a paying customer. I'm happy to take all of my monogram needs to the Monogram Lady, even though that's a 20 minute drive for me. A friend and I were walking around the shopping center and decided to stop in to look around. It was about 30 minutes before closing time. We're not sure who was working, but the lady was totally rude. There was nobody in the shop, and she completely ignored us. When we said hi, she mumbled something to the floor, but I'm not sure what. When they tell you it will be ready on Friday, they really mean - it'll be ready when we're done. Order wasn't ready & no one called to advise of the delay. People with "heart" make the day for some of us! This store has bent over backwards on three occasions to help me put together a thoughtful gift! It is like "grand central" in there and they were waiting on others, juggling phones and bandaiding babies at the same time but the mode was delightful and I came away with something no one else would have done for me. Once, while there, a customer came in with an order and told me they had "rushed" an order for her the time before because the recipient of the gift was very ill. I recall going into this store almost 4 years ago when not one soul acknowledged me - things are different with the new ownership and I am happy to report that. read more
