Store and bathrooms were a mess. Absolutely nothing to get coffee with, except coffee( no cups, lids, add ins nothing) Prices are stupidly high even for a gas station, $25 for a small bag of jerky and 2 protein bars like wtf. Only ever stopping here again if fuel if I absolutely need it but probably won't cause I'll plan around that. read more

Only 3 working showers no lounge room service is terrible need to find a better location to do businesses

Ugh!! Flying J got me again! After stopping here this Summer, I remembered doing the same last Summer fully intending not to do so again! Freeway signage states it is a Flying J, but only the diesel here is Flying J. All other fuel is Chevron and priced up to $2 more per gallon than it is just a short drive into Vegas. So, if you absolutely need it, get a few gallons here. But you'll save a lot of money if you drive a little longer and wait until Vegas to fill up. Based on this experience and a Flying J 25 cents off per gallon promotion if you buy a slice of pizza that not a single Flying J location could figure out and/or they did not participate because they were "not a corporate store", I boycotted Flying J on my return trip. From here on out, I guess I'm a Loves guy. read more

Tonight I received the most unprofessional and rude Taco Bell delivery service experience. The delivery drive Hiba T. One told me he was motel 9. When the address I have is for riverleaf inn. This was at the time I was sending someone to pick it up. The driver who claims he was waiting for 89 minutes. Really meant 8-9 minutes. This driver also expressed having a bad day but this was a bad ending to my day. read more

Service.... I wait in line to purchase items and 2 of them were a reward for driver's appreciation month. Clerk says we are affiliated with the rewards part .... hmmm she was willing to use the points and scan my rewards card but won't acknowledge the free monster reward .... Guess this flying j pilot shouldn't be on the map. Oh wait they want profits from us truckers buying gas. read more

The employee ( grandpa in pineapple shirt ) like to make you run back and forth. You have to stand in line at the diesel desk when you're buying a soda. But in order to pay for the soda you have to walk to the other end of the counter. It's because the grandpa wearing a pineapple shirt wants to not work. I think he's the boss and he has a crappy attitude towards customers read more

WORST FLYING J EVER! I wanted to take a warm shower and that didnt happen, i couldnt even have my body under the water while i was putting soap in my hair because it was freezing cold . If i ever stop here again i will not use my credits for a shower i will wait. Part of me wanted to get a room next door just so i could take a warm shower, but its kinda hard to spend money when you have a truck to sleep in. read more

The worst. They only sell diesel gas. More than a dollar a gallon more than elsewhere. As others have said, avoid it like the plague.

Nope. Never ever again. I feel like I just showered in hell. Like moving that dial was like moving through the nine circles of hell. You've got hot and eight levels of hotter. It was literally the most painful shower of my life. If I didn't really need one, I wouldn't have gotten one. It was so hot that it is seriously a health hazard. Someone with a disability could have passed out in there. If you like showers that will burn your skin off, have at it. I've never lost seven years of skin cells in one shower before. Also, there was no counter space to set things. The towels are thin, threadbare, and did not smell pleasant at all. read more

FUCK THIS PLACE!!! Wait 4 damn hours for a shower just so that it doesn't work. Shower 2 only has fucking hot water. Unbelievable. This place needs to get shut the fuck down. Fuck yall. Run down piece of shit place! read more

Douche bag old man makes everyone wait in the diesel line and calls you over to another counter to purchase everything else. God forbid you get in the wrong line. Says the register next to the diesel register doesn't work. If it doesn't work then why did the other employee use it? read more

Employees knowledge charging to much but the store policy won't allow them to fix it. Good job flying J keep taking are money.

This truckstop needs a tune up badly, as truckers we power Murica, all 18 wheels. I normally shutdown here and the food court I feel closes whenever they want, some nights it's 7, 8, 9, 9:45. Usually it's some hill have eyes or breaking bad type of employee saying "we closed" not sorry sir were closed. Oh the showers, dont get me started, the fans probly have Ebola or Covid19. Cant image how many truckers inhaled and got the dust on their skin. It's great way to thank us hard working truckers, dust in the throat. read more

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Flying J Primm was the WORST truck stop that I've been in while trucking... What a rip off!! If you can get gas before hitting this place do it. The retail area is also Uber expensive.

This overpriced parking lot of a place's only redeeming quality is having Q-Doba & Subway. The convenient store is so ridiculously overpriced & the food isn't even that good! I paid $15.00 for two yogurts & a loaf of bread! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! The cashier tried scanning things so fast so I wouldn't have time to take anything off! Then the only sandwich they had in the whole place was $9.00...and it sucked! It tasted old! This place needs to stock up on regular groceries, too. There were only 2 loaves of bread, very limited actual "food", & mostly bare shelves! This isn't Russia!!! The only thing we get here is fuel & Q-Doba or Subway occasionally. I don't even want their fountain drinks bc the water they use here tastes AWEFUL!! I try not to use their bathrooms, either, since the clientele can't seem to flush a toilet! Just a crappy place that I can't wait to get away from! At least there usually is a better than average chance to find a semi parking spot. Being that this is the last stop before the CA border, one doesn't have a whole lot of options! Hope you brought your own drinks & aren't half starved bc this stop will probably cost you your whole paycheck! read more

Gas is at least one dollar more than anywhere else along the highway. Total rip off with a crappy casino attached to it. I would skip.

This is not a good place to stay the night. All restaurants are closed and you are subjected to buying there overly priced gas station food, so unless you have a fridge in your truck I wouldn't stay..... read more

Manager Lena is a poor manager with awful customer service skills. She is ghetto banging on the door. I reserved a shower. They assigned a shower to me. Upon entering my code and pushing door open. Realized there was someone in the shower. I let the associate who cleaned the showers know. He checked and confirmed there was in fact someone in there already. He cleaned another shower and gave it to me. Yes I had already paid for the shower. They assigned someone else to the shower that was given to me. Lena proceeded to bang on the door the entire time I was showering yelling that I stole someone's shower. So I rushed to explain to her I did not steal someone's shower the associate gave me the shower because someone else was still showering in the one that was assigned to me. She has no communication skills and could have resolved the issue by speaking with the associate who issued me the shower as a replacement. Instead she escalated it by yelling and turning up everyone's temper including the other driver who was assigned to this shower after it was already given to me read more

Very cool truck stop, one if the nicest I've ever been in. The people that work here are nice and friendly....Subway, Qdoba and Starbucks are inside and are about $2-3 higher than in regular locations. Well I didn't check out Starbucks pricing...sorry. Very clean location, as far as I could tell, adequate truck parking, nice bathrooms and showers and even a great tv room with huge comfy chairs :) My two complaints was the instant coffee machines and the prices are a bit higher than at other truck stops or restaurants prompting 4 instead of 5 stars read more

Flying J - Fake instant coffee machines - Gas Stations Near Me - Jean, Nevada

One star is being generous. My husband and I waited over an hour for a shower. There were no other employees besides the cashier and the Indian lady who cleans the showers. The shower line grew from 1 to 6 in 45 mins. This lady decided to clean EVERYTHING else aside from the showers. No one acknowledged us nor apologized for the wait. Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE!! We will NOt be stopping by again and I do not recommend you do either. read more

If price gouging was illegal, this place would have been shut down and the owners fined! You're pretty much in Las Vegas and should ALWAYS be prepared to be ripped off but damn! I'm not a regular smoker but I do smoke while I gamble because hey gambling, smoking, and drinking tend to go hand and hand. $16.00 for a pack of Camel crush though? I don't think so. Think that's bad? How about $5.85 for a small bag of Lays Kettle cooked chips, which didn't even have the price on the front just like everything else in the store. We ended up getting DEF fuel for the truck and that was it. Don't even get me started on the prices at the IHOP inside the casino next door that we went to, lol. Geez...As you can see, I'm used to and lucky I may add living in and being from the good ole Lone Star State where prices are normal and not super SKY HIGH(Something my grandmother used to say, hehe) for just about everything! 1 Star because I had to and 1 star because they did have plenty of truck parking. ‍ read more

My goodness the cashiers were both amazing. Tammy was epic! So helpful.

Came here on November 6, 2017. I walked in with my friend to get a drink for both of us. We got 2 fountain drinks and went to a lady that has no customers while another line had 6 people long. We walked up to her and she said are u a trucker. I said no but I want to purchase my drinks. She said while pointing, that's the line. This is for truckers only. Are you serious Flying J? I go to your travel centers all the time and never heard such a thing. Step up your game. We waited 20 minutes for two $4 32 fountain drinks. The total was $8 for just two drinks when I go to 7-Eleven or even mcdonalds for drinks for haft the price. NEVER AGAIN read more

FRAUD PLACE! Prepaid 200$ at the cashier and tried to get some gas but pump didn't start the fueling for some reason, request to reset it twice and it was the same issue after that I request to cancel my transaction and I left. When traveling between Vegas and So Cal this place is on the state line. Has fuel for cars and large trucks. Plenty of pumps for both. Inside has everything you need for travel essentials including snacks, beer, soda, jerky etc. there are a few fast food eateries inside along with showers for truckers. The gas is more expensive than Vegas but cheaper than in California. read more

I love this place. Clean showers for us drivers and Kevin is an awesome guy. I used to stop here quite often when I was with a different company and Kevin makes it an awesome place to come to to spend the night when you shut down. Do not stop here with a bus! We had 4 busses pull in. The place looks equipped to handle it, but they are not. We had over 50 people in each line and the "manager" came out and closed a register. I asked him to please not do that to us and he became rude and condescending. Then he left the remaining frazzled clerk to fend for himself. It is not what level of service you would expect out of Flying J. Additionally, the restrooms were significantly below standard. Our stop was at 11:00 am on a Wednesday read more

No mask no service here folks. They will turn you away in a rudely fashion at the counter. My family went to use the restrooms and left. Tried to get fuel at the Primm flying J. Put in my card at the pump and was immediately Charged $500. Card company flagged it and froze my card. There is no reason for a fuel station to charge you $500 before you even put fuel in. So no more flying J for us. read more

Where do I start...this is the worse truck stop I ever been too. After a long day of driving we wanted to take a shower and we had to take a cold shower. I want to warn you of the price gouging going on here. $3.85 per gallon for regular gas. And we'll over $4.00 per gallon for everything else. Nothing like taking advantage of people. This is not because of hurricane Harvey it's just plain and simple price gouging. read more

Rude employees, absent management, and lots of banging on my shower door! Wth?! Went to this Flying J for a shower with my trucker friend who has the Shower Power free shower rewards. She had 5 free showers available on her rewards account with Pilot. The clerk that rang us up was a polite young man with an awesome beard but for some reason the register only gave us one shower code not two. When he tried to wave down someone for help, no one was available. A lady employee (I assume a shift leader) walked passed us and flopped down in a chair with arms folded in a childish, pouty manner and just glared at us silently. We were both thoroughly confused as to who to ask for assistance in getting a second shower code. The polite bearded man walked with us passed the showers to the housekeeping storage and no one was there either. So the man took matters into his own hands, got the keys, and unlocked the shower I was assigned to. Which was awesome of him. However, this was apparently a terrible thing. Two foreign ladies were banging on my door and trying to unlock it. It stopped when I yelled, "YES?!". While I was showering I heard an angry black lady yell, "...and this is WHY WE DON'T GIVE FREE FUCKING SHOWERS TO ANYONE!!" Then more banging on the door. This went on for about 10 minutes! I hurried my shower and got the hell out of there. Those bathroom walls were covered with hand prints and toothpaste. Not only that but the toilet had old pee around it and the floor was filthy. Wow. Wish I could give this place 0 stars but that guys beard was really awesome. read more
