Bad customer service from Taco Bell delivery
Anbrii C.

Tonight I received the most unprofessional and rude Taco Bell delivery service experience. The delivery drive Hiba T. One told me he was motel 9. When the address I have is for riverleaf inn. This was at the time I was sending someone to pick it up. The driver who claims he was waiting for 89 minutes. Really meant 8-9 minutes. This driver also expressed having a bad day but this was a bad ending to my day.

This truckstop needs a tune up badly, as truckers we power Murica, all 18 wheels. I normally shutdown here and the food court I feel closes whenever they want, some nights it's 7, 8, 9, 9:45. Usually it's some hill have eyes or breaking bad type of employee saying "we closed" not sorry sir were closed. Oh the showers, dont get me started, the fans probly have Ebola or Covid19. Cant image how many truckers inhaled and got the dust on their skin. It's great way to thank us hard working truckers, dust in the throat.

The worst. They only sell diesel gas. More than a dollar a gallon more than elsewhere. As others have said, avoid it like the plague.

What a rip off!! If you can get gas before hitting this place do it. The retail area is also Uber expensive.

Gas is at least one dollar more than anywhere else along the highway. Total rip off with a crappy casino attached to it. I would skip.

She proceeds to tell me these people were waiting in line 4 people that was in line. I went to the back of the line as I proceeded to move to the front of the line. It's my turn. There was a customer who was standing in front of her register and decided to stand there as she finished helping the customer that she left before me. She proceeds to let the other customer who was not in the long line to proceed to the front. Let alone there was 10 people behind me. She let somebody else cut the front. I felt that was unfair that was not professional and as a black man wearing a Faith base hat who is a Christian and, I felt racially profile. If I ever return to this gas station, I will take a picture of this person and post it on here to let people know how rude she was disrespectful to her a customer and serving people with attitude. If you don't like your job, they find another one. In closing, I proceeded to tell one of the cashiers ladies that that lady was disrespectful to a customer and the lady said she'll proceed to talk to her. I really felt slight, and I hope that the company can do something about this Chevron, Las Vegas, Nevada we stick by our rules and regulation and one number one major rule is the customer is always right unless proven wrong.

Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I got off of Sierra Ave. After I turned left, I noticed there was a new gas station about a quarter mile north of where I was originally planning to pump. Well, I was curious so I drove over to this 76. Its gas prices are a little bit higher than its neighboring gas stations. It appears to be a newly renovated gas station. It has about 20 gas pumps if I counted it correctly. It's a good size gas station. It has very bright lights outside. Food mart inside is a tad tight IMHO. They have too many stuff. They also have Krispy Krunchy Chicken available. After pumping gas, I needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was locked. I asked if anyone was inside and no one answered. What I found odd was that it had a key lock from the outside. However, the men's restroom didn't have it. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Anyway, if you're coming from the north side and you can wait a quarter of a mile, then I would recommend you pump at the other gas stations to save a little bit of money. Otherwise, pump away. You may like this newer facility better. Happy 76'ing!

I would hands-down recommend this company to anybody who's in the area that they need towing assistance or is looking for new tires. I was involved with Accident just outside of Baker, California, and early November. My vehicle was towed here and when I was able to get out of the hospital and and get out to see my vehicle, I found it with no problem. My belongings that were in the vehicle that I was not able to get when I was helicopter to the emergency room was still there. My luggage even my wallet was over $500. Cash was left untouched. These people truly with their level of integrity and their level of professionalism. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone. My guy continues to bless this company and genuine people they look for it. Thank you, A1 towing!

Veterans Road service - Tow truck 1

Veterans Road service

Veteran's Road Service really came through for me and my new (to me) whip. I wish I could give them…read more100 stars! This is going to be a detailed and lengthy review. I recently purchased an expensive high performance vehicle. The first night I took my new whip out, I got a flat tire. I immediately parked my vehicle at the nearest gas station to inspect the damage to my tire. This was around 2300 hours, late at night. I found Veterans Road Service during a Google search. I called Veterans Road Service and explained my situation to Ander, the owner of the company. Ander gave me an estimated time of arrival and was at my location within the ETA he gave me. Ander removed the tire, inspected it, and decided he had to take it to a 24 hour tire shop to get it fixed safely. I told Ander okay, and I waited for him to return. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from Ander with some bad news. Ander had taken my tire to three different 24 hour tire shops, who all refused to patch my tire up due to safety and liability reasons. The tire shops saw the slit in my tire and didn't even bother to further inspect the damage before deciding it was unfixable. I told Ander I had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic the following day. It was incredibly important for me to make it to that appointment because I was only given a five day return window by the dealership I purchased my vehicle at. I did not want to keep my new whip if it was not found to be in excellent condition during the vehicle inspection. So there I was, concerned I would have to call a tow truck and possibly miss my vehicle inspection appointment. Ander returned to my location shortly after. He was aware of my situation and told me he had an idea to save me from waiting several hours on a Friday night for a tow truck to arrive. Plus, tow trucks are expensive! Ander again inspected the damage to my tire and removed a blade that was embedded in it. He dug a little deeper and concluded that he could apply a plug to the damaged area which would allow me to drive home safely. He assured me the plug would last long enough to get me home, and it could possibly last even longer. I gave Ander the okay and I watched as he applied the plug to the damaged area caused by the embedded blade. Ander double checked his work and made sure there was no leaking air before mounting the tire back onto my vehicle. Once the tire was securely mounted and my car was off the jack, Ander again checked his work to make sure there was no leaking air. Ander assured me he was confident his work would last long enough to get me home safely. He advised me to drive home at a reasonable speed and wished me luck with my new business that I told him about. I also found out through our conversation that Ander was a military veteran and had served our country and his community for years. I thanked Ander for his work, paid for the service, drove my car home, and arrived safely. The following morning, I inspected my tire and found that Ander's work had in fact held up. I was able to make it to my inspection appointment, and my vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors. I was ecstatic! Ander messaged me that day to check up on me and make sure the work he performed on my tire lasted me through the night. Now that's customer service! Ander's work even held up an extra two days until the dealership could order a new tire and replace my damaged one. Ander's level of service is hard to come by, especially in the Roadside Service industry. He was able to make a shitty situation not so shitty for me, and I am confident enough to recommend his service to anyone I know. You can be assured that if you are ever in need of roadside assistance, Veterans Road Service will do the best they can to service your needs and make sure you get home safely. Thank you again Ander and Veterans Road Service! God bless...
