We had a 12pm appointment and were on time. There is a bit of paperwork needed and another couple arrived right before us. Brian took care of my wife. He did one of her other tattoos. She has gotten all of her tattoos here. He took her in around 1215pm. Ambiance is a tattoo parlor. Samples of the artist's work are hanging all around. I sat in a comfy leather couch while I waited. Harry moved me from a chair to a table to lay down, gave me water, a couple snacks, started a fan on me, gave me a cold towel, took breaks, and really took care of me which I appreciated very much. This was my first tattoo ever, visiting from Texas, and I was pretty nervous about passing out with a lightheaded condition I have. He was so understanding about it. The deposit was in cash, appointment set, I took off of work for that day expecting to be tattooed a few hours ( sleeve tattoo) and she never came into the shop. I finally got a response out of her after multiple messages letting her know I was there and she responded with " she was not coming in due to making other plans with her guy" no offer of rescheduling, no refund of the deposit. So I lost a day of pay plus my deposit. Her work ethic is trash and her treatment of people is horrendous. There are far better artist. I did end up going elsewhere and am by far more than happy with my artist and work. I would give negative stars if I could.

Let me just say I am so glad I didn't listen to any of those naysayers! Skyla is such an amazing and talented artist who communicated with me so efficiently, especially through email to get a tattoo I really love. He really went out of his way to help me feel confident about what I'd decided on. I had a pretty specific reference and he absolutely nailed it. I couldn't be happier with how it came out.
