Overall - The most amazing dates and date ranch tour one could hope for!…read more Taste - The dates they grow are of the highest quality. Although they sell different quality dates, even the lowest quality dates they donate tasted better than any dates I've gotten in the store. Their premium dates were amazing with such rich flavor and sweetness! We bought a box and will definitely be ordering more for ourselves and as gifts. Service - Saralyn Delk, the owner and operator of this amazing date ranch, gave us an amazing tour loaded with information. She greeted us at the gate and took us around the property on a gator. We learned about the different kinds of dates they grow (Barhi & Medjool), tasted the different dates in the various stages of harvesting, and saw some of the animals. We weren't rushed and she was really happy to give details about everything we wanted to know. She was funny and raw and you could tell that she really takes pride in keeping her ranch clean and growing the best dates ever! Facility - The ranch itself is kept very clean and free of brush. Additionally, their packaging facility is kept immaculate. Need to know - There are peacocks on the property! Would I come back - Yes Would I go out of my way - Yes Additional info - You can't see the property until you get to the end of the street. You will pass a bunch of other farms along the way, don't feel like you are missing out because this is a little further, it's TOTALLY worth it!

We were greeted by the lovely Maxine (Mrs Cobb) who was kind and welcoming. She showed us and let us sample a few of the different types of dates available, and even showed us how they grow and are picked from the palm trees. (They do offer tours that you can sign up for which we might have to go back for). Their property looks like a beautiful palm-filled oasis and is very worth visiting. We purchased 2 different types of dates that were both delicious and unique in their taste and texture. We will definitely go back and visit again soon. Thank you to the Cobb Family for a cool and educational experience.

I haven't been to the indoor market which moved inside to the pavilion during the summer months as…read moreit is hot outside. Only checked out the outdoor market which is great in itself. The pavilion does have a decent amount of parking in the lot. Literally right next door to the community pool. It's also where the vintage market that happens once a month is held as well. The market is free to get in. Pets aren't allowed with signs posted out front. Once inside, everything is in the main room. First impression, wow it looked pretty cramped. They have a good amount of vendors on deck but majority of the vendors are produce and fruits. It's kind of a given as it's a farmers market. Also a few bakery and specialty stalls were also set up. There's not really a marked path to follow but make your own way. It can get packed as the room is filled with stalls and customers. Downfall, I didn't see any vendors with fresh cut flowers. Loads of fruits on displays and very colorful. Compared to the outside market, I feel like this one is lacking in a sense of vendors. I don't know if they rotate who can sell each week or if everyone that was there this weekend was the usuals. Don't get me wrong, there's loads of fresh produce and fruits on display but it was a bit too cramped for me. I prefer it outside but with the desert heat, this is definitely better for everyone and everything.
