I've had to substitute the chicken for beef when we got to the food truck late and it was just as good! Really good quality beef, not greasy or runny. It is a super cool looking truck which is parked in the vacant lot, formerly Coury Furniture. Cooktruck is open Tuesday-Friday, 11am-7pm. Tony makes a variety of stuff, all of which is incredibly flavorful and fun. Today I had short rib tacos and some fried cauliflower which was tremendous; the menu changes every week. It was $8 for the tacos and $3 for the side of C'Flower. BU Students: This is *THE* place to get lunch or an early dinner if you are on a budget but have wheels.
