Then another came employee over unlocked it and handed me what I needed and didn't mention that I wouldn't be able use self check out and trying to would lock up the machine- so when I was prompted to use not one but two self checkout machines fustrated the I had to wait until 1st employee comes and unlock the machine. She then tells the other employee why it happened then goes over and helps someone else. No one offered an explanation directly Just one employee discussing it with either me and the other employee or just the other employee. This could have been prevented by someone just explaining that get water proofer would taking a personal escort and one on one check out. Next time I'm going to Hobby Lobby.
