Mind you had almost passed away 2 years prior from an allergic reaction. We had administered an Epi Pen on the way there. We arrived there and the lady at the front desk was more worried about being on her personal cell phone than helping us. One other patient was in the waiting room. She told us to have a seat. The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. I told the nurse that my husband was having an allergic reaction and she got rude and said he would be called back when there was a room available.... Umm.... There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... The waiting room was packed full but we got called right back and got the meds that we needed.

I arrived at the urgent care with pain in my ribs and shortness of breath. I am not a medical professional but i thought my ribs are in my chest. I waited for 90 mins. in the waiting room and then an additional 90 mins. in the back treatment area. When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.

This is a new facility located in a strip center. It offers an open and clean floor plan with a…read morehot/cold water dispenser in the waiting area. Waiting area is small with seating for about 10 people. (People were coughing but not wearing masks. Face masks were provided at front desk.) Only one advanced care provider this weekend day, no business cards were available for her. We were disappointed we were not greeted at arrival. (Maybe because it was between holidays and a weekend that the medical assistants were having to register patients and provide medical assistance.) We were immediately told to check in at the entryway kiosk stand. After waiting a while, we were told to approach the front desk to complete registration. We had "saved a place" online, and waited more than 1.5 hrs. A waiting period was expected because it is a walk in urgent care. The provider was a professional, courteous, and thorough nurse practitioner. It was a quick visit and she addressed any questions. We were thankful this urgent care was open this holiday weekend. There is a CVS, Walgreens, and Costco pharmacy conveniently nearby.

Congratulations to the worst ER I have ever been to. I went to the ER due to intense pain in my…read moreneck, chest, and abdomen. I had no acute respiratory distress, which I explained to the nurse and doctor. The staff were extremely condescending, treating my pain and symptoms with little regard. I was told that my symptoms were simply due to anxiety. I mentioned a possible throat infection and the doctor looked in my throat for no more than five seconds. Went to an urgent care and lo and behold I had a throat infection leading to severe swelling of the lymph nodes in my neck leading to intense pain and feelings of respiratory discomfort as well as an elevated immune response. So yeah...not anxiety.
