I have been treated by several physicians at POA, primarily by Dr. Pressman, for years. I've…read morealways found the office to be professional, friendly and thorough. I like that they talk and listen to you instead of having their backs to you while they use the computer, like other practices. Dr. Pressman is friendly, thorough, professional and skilled. He has performed my hip and knee replacements, repaired my ruptured quad tendon and, along with their physical therapy, helped me recover from all. He treated my husband for his broken clavical and sternum after an accident, and did both half knee replacements. Dr. Mizrachi treated my horrible sciatica after the hip replacement. For that, I also saw their accupunturist. And, Dr. Grenis did both my carpel tunnel surgeries. My daughter has been treated for a sprain and ankle surgery, as well as other urgent care issues. So, as you can see, we believe in POA and their staff. For being such a huge practice, it is run very efficiently and has many different locations. If they can't fit you in where you usually see them, they can usually find a spot in another location. I've referred them to so many of our friends, and, I refer them to you, wholeheartedly!

Most recently I completed a number of PT sessions with Maragarey Coopes-Meske, aka 'Claire'. She was professional, efficient, knowlegeable and most importantly, helpful. I will never use PT or any RWJ outpatient service again. They cheat on their bills. My insurance…read morecovers me 100% for outpatient PT. RWJ cheated and billed Medicare under Part A which is for IN HOSPITAL service. That's a lie. Also, there is no human being you can talk to with billing questions. A robot handles everything. The robot ignored every call I made, every email I sent. The robot calls me. The robot texts me. The robot sent my accounts to a collection agency. The only human beings who answer calls are clerks who can only tell you how much RWJ says you owe, and ask how do you want to pay for it. I am thoroughly disgusted. RWJ is forcing me to pay for something that is fully covered by my insurance! If they had billed it properly they would have been paid immediately. I've used private PT providers and NEVER had this problem, ever! There is nothing caring, compassionate, or human about RWJ administration. It's set on auto-pilot and all the overpaid execs are out on the golf course.

First of all it's nearly impossible to find a doctor that advocates for the patient and really understands the depth of pain and frustration that comes with an injury. I have been in pain for nearly 4 years and after countless visits to other doctors I was truly starting to feel doomed. "It's your lumbar spine " was the only clear diagnosis I had ever received. These doctors looked past the obvious and were able to systematically troubleshoot the pain through simple trial and error. Although I'm not 100 percent pain free I am able to function and walk reasonably well again. I will continue on my path to recovery with these doctors. Thank you

March 30, 2020 Testimonial: POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy Staff…read more I want to thank all of the staff in the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy office. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring during my 6 months of Physical Therapy after arthroscopic right shoulder surgery by Dr. Song. Four years ago I had physical therapy at another business but the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy team is the BEST and I highly recommend the office for their excellent quality of care and support. Thank you to Gina and Dana and office staff for their sense of humor when scheduling my requested mid-day appointment times. And many thanks to Reem and Brent, the therapy assistants, for their professionalism and cheerfulness; pre-therapy session heat, post-session ice, bands/pulleys/bike set-ups and keeping the PT office "ship-shape"! A special thank you to my Physical Therapist Matthew Farag, PT, DPT for always greeting me with a "hello, smile and how are you". With the "how are you" that was a time to update Matt - with concerns or questions. Matt thoroughly explained each therapy exercise and treatment as I progressed over the 50 sessions and taught me the exercises I could also do at home and continue after I was discharged. Sometimes I was worried about my full recovery but Matt was encouraging and positive. While the surgery was on my right shoulder, Dr. Song had diagnosed an impingement on my left that may have required future surgery since it was quite painful. With Matt's knowledge of physical therapies and understanding he helped me to full function on my left shoulder as well as my right. I appreciate Matt's expertise, guidance and professionalism as he worked with me to restore mobility to full range of motion on my shoulders. Happily, I can now resume hiking and canoeing activities!
