The most ridiculous establishment in lacking basic technology in this day age. It's 2023. There was a gentleman that helped me who was quite nice. So no complaints there. My reasoning for the negative review is because upon entering there are QR codes posted everywhere asking you to scan your phone, then a wait before you have a task of setting up your online account, then you go in and they show you a huge iPad to select product from, then they pull up a card reader with a huge Apple Pay symbol on it just to say they don't accept Apple Pay just cash or debit. Then when I inquire on why they don't accept Apple pay they claim to be "old school". As he holds the card reader with the Apple Pay symbol and the giant iPad screen in front of me. So far Fluent has my favorite products. For Sativa, I chose the potent (400mg over the 600 mg diluted) "Atlas" (86+% THC) and "Hydra" for vape and flower. "Odra" is a fun / social feeling. For nighttime and body relaxing, I go with indica "Pivot" to knock me on my ass when I can't get to bed, or another indica, "Polaris" The shop is in a great spot, on the right side of the road as you're heading west on 167th just before the highway. Fluent (previously named Knox) is one of my top dispensaries in south florida, I have this one located five minutes away from my job so is extremely convenient. Their location is not the best and I am aware there's a couple of requirements is for them to be at a certain distance from specific businesses or residential areas but even know it hard to leave their establishment during peak hours the inside of the location is totally worth it. It's modern, clean and simple and it makes the atmosphere very relaxing. I haven't had any issues with any of their staff so far, their receptionist all the way to the sellers are extremely friendly and are always asking you about your experience with the products. Although I pre order online to avoid having to have a long conversation (introvert.) I like their reward program ( make sure to ask once if it's your first time there since they do not really promote it and I lost all the rewards from my first purchase) and their online ordering or express pick up. They rarely carry flower and when they do it runs out pretty quickly but I believe that's with every single dispensary out there, their flower is alright abs it runs you for $50 per 3.5gram or 1/8. I have tried their indica strain Odra, hybrid and Sativa Subra, their buds are well trimmed and look pretty fresh. As far as their pre rolls I haven't like them so far, both flower and pre rolls thc concent vary all the time even if you get the same strain so keep an eye out. They concentrates are to die for though and vapes work great. Two thumbs up for this company although they do run on the expensive side. read more

My top rating is mostly based on the recent experiences compared to others in Northeast Dade. Not one other store had a high CBD ratio vape cartridge. Which to me is the reason we supposedly started this legal medical marijuana.... for medical reasons. And it really isn't much of a difference with smoking the flower bud for medical help with pains or anxieties or other issues. So I don't understand why these stores don't provide higher percentage cbds. And I'm not sure about these other reviews because how up-to-date do you expect stores to be? Technology changes every 10 minutes. They're about as quick as you're going to get. And if it compared to all the other stores that have already gone out of business within a year, I think they offer a heck of a lot more than anybody else. They were polite, clean, knowledge , offered specials. Each employee said hello. we can't expect every store in town to have every product we're looking for. Especially this new type of market. People have to expect changes and unavailability. In fact if you look at their website they provide a lot more than the other neighborhood stores and a lot of variety in the higher CBD which is supposedly with the medical. Good luck going to any head shop in town and find the same Delta 8 product or any product day after day year after year. Definitely find it rather unfair to give one star when some technology wasn't available. that's almost laughable. I'm not sure what young people would do if they all of a sudden had no electricity and no technology. We could still survive. We could still get your marijuana. If you're not super picky you'll find nothing wrong. But if you are you'll give every business one star. It's just so difficult to have technology perfect everyday and to have every product everyday in Any business. The one other one that was great service in town stopped making high ratio CBD cartridges all together. Reviews are intended to show customer service politeness, cleanliness , food quality and that should be it. People shouldn't leave reviews because they don't like the store hours or their inability to provide a very difficult product to keep current. That hurts a good business. Just saying if you've been around long enough you'll see that if it takes that little to disappoint you, you'll be disappointed everyday all day long. read more
