Love this florist. A couple of years ago I received from from this florist, they were so fresh that they lasted 2 weeks. When my cousin passed away last year I needed a florist so I decided to use them. Our flowers for the funeral were beautiful and a family member took them home because they were so different. Last week I lost another cousin so I went back to Flowers Just Because. Again, I got great service and they listen to what I wanted and put something together for me. When I arrived at the funeral home my flowers were nowhere to be found. I called the florist and they promptly returned my called because they understood how upset I was during this stressful time. Ida promised me that she would find out what happened. She called several times keeping me updated. The funeral home had given our flowers to another deceased. Although it wasn't the florist's fault Ida put another arrangement together without hesitation. Now this is GREAT customer service. I will trust them with all my orders going forward without hesitation and have told many people about my experience with them. read more
