This is an outstanding firm. Our family secured the…read moreservices of Chuck Bauman in early 2019 when we realized that we were in need of an experienced elder care attorney. He was able to guide my elderly father and us through all of the steps that we needed to take in order to preserve and protect assets for the future of our parents. Mr. Bauman is extremely knowledgeable and professional but, at the same time, incredibly patient and kind with all of us (particularly my somewhat stubborn father!). He never wavered in his gentle guidance through the maze of scenarios that elder care presents. He has continued to be an expert throughout our journey which has included medical challenges, long term care and caregivers, and management of the estate after the passing of both of our parents. His legal counseling has been accurate and timely and his staff support has been above reproach. As the executrix, I have depended heavily on Mr. Bauman and his incredible staff. Their expertise and and assistance has been superlative. Above all, in a law specialty dedicated to an area that presents with confusion and stress, this office offered an oasis of peace for my parents, my family and me. I will forever be grateful.
