Always impressed! What a great mother daughter team! They constantly amazed me of their talent in floral arrangements for every event, every occasion. Most recently it was a 60th birthday party. The flowers were so beautiful and appropriate for an Autumn event. The cost/value is always the best in this area. Delivery was on time. They will always be my first and only choice read more

Ordered very large arrangement to be delivered on Thursday. Delivery never showed. Called no answer, sent emails twice, no answer. I've called multiple numbers, no answer. I will be driving down to them personally and holding them accountable. Do not order anything from this store. read more

Totally unacceptable! No one ever delivered these flowers! I had to drive to the shop and demand them! Shoddy, incompetent, and horribly non-existent service! I will never again use flowers by Stella you can bank on that! Thanks for nothing! read more

This florist is an affiliate of 1 800 Balloons. I ordered from 1 800 Balloons and they chose their affiliate Flowers By Stella to fulfill the order. What I ordered was balloons for the birth of a baby boy and what was delivered was a disgrace. I am satisfied with the customer service from 1 800 Balloons but it doesn't erase the disappointment and embarrassment of what was delivered in my name. I have attached photos of what I ordered and what they delivered. They obviously went to the dollar store and just bought random balloons. Imagine receiving a "Thinking of You" balloon on the birth of your baby. Make sure this florist does not fulfill your balloon order read more

This is a scam, DO NOT ORDER from here. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from this "florist" as I found them online and wanted to support a local business. I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers and what arrived was anything but that. It looks like something you could get at stop and shop. I have tried calling the store multiple times for a refund with no answer. Do not order from here. read more

Stella is the kindest and most wonderful. I always get a beautiful bouquet in my budget. She makes sure to see what I like before she adds it, and is always so kind & warm. I love buying flowers & plants from here and I will continue to do so! read more

In celebration of family birthdays this week, I donated altar flowers at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Ayer, ordered from Flowers By Stella. What arrived was the most incredible and huge bouquet of blossoms beautifully arranged in a large vase. It was the Church Administrator who actually placed the order and we purposely gave Stella freedom to select from her freshest, in-season flowers. To say I was delighted is an understatement. So many parishioners complimented the lovely flower arrangement. For the Ascension of Christ, it was perfect. Thank you, Flowers By Stella. I will recommend your florist forever and ever. And always be sure that you deliver altar flowers that I am giving for a worship service. read more

Last night there was a knock on my door and I received the most beautiful floral arrangement. The flowers were fresh and very vibrant. The gentleman delivering apologized for coming so late. These were to replace an FTD order that I received earlier in the week by a different flower shop. I did not expect these so it was a nice surprise. read more

Delivery poor and late by days for Valentines. Didn't call ahead to see if I was at the location

Called to place an order early on Thursday for delivery Friday afternoon (not on a holiday or busy season). Just after 5:00PM on Friday, when I found that they had not been delivered, I called. I was told that they were just finishing the arrangement & it would be delivered right away. After about 30 minutes later when they had not been delivered (and knowing their location was less than 1/2 mile away) I called again. I was told that they were on their way but the delivery person had gone to the wrong address. I told them to simply cancel the order. The response was simply "O.K." with little apology or effort to recover my business, not that I was eager to hear an apology or that there was much they could offer to make up for the failure. Again this was not on or around any holiday or busy time of year. Just a failure to deliver on what I believe was simply service that was offered & expected. If one cannot depend on delivery on a regular weekday, what could be anticipated on a holiday or busy time of year? Definitely will look elsewhere in the future! read more

What I ordered online, and what was delivered, were two totally different flower arrangements. I called right away and spoke to a woman who told me to call back next week!! She didn't even offer to replace or listen to what happened. read more

Ordered online and the company sent the order to Stella's to fulfill. The difference between what I ordered and what was delivered was night and day. The plant arrangement I chose had 3 levels. I purchased the top one in a nice handled basket with greenery towering over the handle full and lush with a splash of small yellow blooming flowers. What was delivered was 4 different small potted plants inside the cheapest looking round basket. I was greatly disappointed! read more

The sympathy arrangement they delivered didn't look anything like what we ordered. I know they can do flower substitutions but this was ridiculous. It looked so cheap. Will not order from here again. read more

Stella was Great!!! Needed an arrangement last minute with a few uncommon requests to add. She was thoughtful and accommodating and the flowers looked amazing. Definitely use Stella! read more

I have used Stella's in the past and they were good but several people recently ordered funeral flowers and a plant for my loved one from this florist and I wouldn't rate any of the flowers or plants above a 3. The two bouquets aren't lasting very long compared to bouquets received from another florist. The plant was delivered with a broken leaf. Very disappointed as I know the flowers weren't cheap. read more

AWFUL! Wish I had read reviews before buying from here! I specifically asked that the 2 arrangements I purchased going to separate houses be delivered on December 24th. I was told that was not a problem. They get delivered on the 23rd at 9:00 p.m. by 2 guys that looked like thugs. My sister was not home, but my nephew was, and he refused to open the door because who the hell delivers flowers at 9:00 p.m. by 2 creepy guys. Instead he called the police. Merry Christmas...NOT! They didn't even look very nice for the money I spent. read more

I had previously given this place 1 star due to them being late with the order and unhelpful over the phone. However the flowers did arrive (almost 7 hours late) and were beautiful. Can't go higher than 3 stars though, for the headache this caused my boyfriend. Perhaps they should consider leaving delivery time off of the order if they can't follow through with it. read more

I have both received and ordered flowers from here on multiple occasions. Each time I was not impressed. Also, the deliveries go out late in the day so a birthday arrangement I ordered didn't make it to the recipient until 5:30 pm.. which in my opinion was too late. read more

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mom and the flowers were delivered in the evening on the day scheduled! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and when my mom wasn't home at the delivery time, they were kind enough to come back and deliver ASAP. The arrangement was beautiful with very fresh flowers! Thanks to everyone who made it possible to send a valentine from far away! read more

I called Stella's when I was in a pinch for a last minute flower delivery for my Mom's Birthday. Stella came through not only within a few hour turnaround/delivery but also with, and I quote my mother, 'The most amazing bouquet of flowers she has ever received'! Mom was thrilled with them and even sent me pics and posted them on her FB page. Expectations Exceeded! Highly recommend!!! read more

Stella us such a sweet lady. I've been buying flowers from her shop for over 20 years. Always a nice selection and whenever I leave her shop, I feel like I underpaid. Great flowers and great service! read more

Received a bereavement dish garden for my mom's passing. The 'garden' was ok, but the presentation was inexcusable for a bereavement - it was wrapped in Christmas paper, with a mangled bow attached and the card had misspellings on it. It was quite upsetting since it was a bereavement gift sent to me. For as many people that work in the shop, the professionalism is missing to have allowed this to happen. Not only that, but the delivery person trespassed onto my property by opening the door to my home and putting the basket inside my kitchen. There were lily flowers in the basket that could have killed my cat if eaten without my knowledge. Would not recommend this place, unless you don't care about quality and professionalism. read more

flowers were ordered for delivery on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday. Were nice once we got them.

AMAZING!!!! I came from out of town and needed flowers for my father's memorial service. We found Flowers by Stella in the Yellow Pages. Flowers by Stella did a fantastic job of assisting us in finding the right flowers for the service. The arrangements were exactly as we had ordered them (if not, better!), and were delivered on time at a reasonable price. The arrangement was artistically crafted, not to mention GORGEOUS, and it seemed as though Flowers by Stella really cared about making the flowers look beautiful for the service. I would definitely recommend Flowers by Stella and would definitely use them again! read more
