I wanted to send a friend something of a 'thinking of you' and I loved that Azelly's website was easy to navigate and had some different options. I chose the "Peach Sorbet" with pretty but subdued peach and white colors (perfect for a lot of occasions) that comes arranged in a box with macaroons. Well, as I ordered, I selected Google Pay and it automatically entered my address as the delivery!! Yikes. Well it was 8 PM and I thought I would call and hopefully leave a message as there wasn't an email on the website. After initially reaching an automated answering service, I pressed a button and spoke to a live person. I think it was the owner and I felt a little awful about having interrupted her life at 8 PM but she was really nice and ensured the correct delivery address was planned. She also called me back the next day to confirm delivery, and my friend loved the flowers. She sent a photo and they looked just like the website. Fresh flower deliveries are never cheap, but I thought this was an excellent value. They had options across price ranges and really pretty options that were different than what I've seen on other sites -- and actually pretty and tasteful non-flower options like the beautiful macaroons. Absolutely recommend and would use again!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

I understand substitutions for items but atleast make an attempt to have it look like the full bouquet you're ordering. There was hardly any filler flowers and the greenery was all shredded and a major eyesore. I called to let them know I was disappointed and they only offered reasons to why it was okay and that they could come pick up the floral arrangement if the recipient was that unhappy. The recipient isn't going to tell me their gift isn't nice. I'm the one that's unhappy for paying for something and not receiving what I was paying for. The few flowers that were received look nice but again nothing like what I ordered and paid for. Very bummed.
