I had to look them up on facebook and leave a message there and wait 13 hours before I received an answer that I would get a phone called within 2 hours. So, I still don't know if my problem is solved. They need an answering system for after hours and they need to answer messages faster on FB especially if an order is from several states away. I'm still waiting for a phone call to see if they will fix it. So just really review everything before you hit the confirm order button.

My Aunt bought her $200 funeral spray from them and it stood right next to my Tullahoma house of flower spray and put it to shame. I have never been more disappointed in my life. To spend that type of money on something that will die in a couple of days and to get no joy or fulfillment from it is devastating.
