So, I still don't know if my problem is solved. They need an answering system for after hours and they need to answer messages faster on FB especially if an order is from several states away. My Aunt bought her $200 funeral spray from them and it stood right next to my Tullahoma house of flower spray and put it to shame. I have never been more disappointed in my life. To spend that type of money on something that will die in a couple of days and to get no joy or fulfillment from it is devastating. I called at 9:30 am and ordered a dozen red roses for delivery for my mom thinking there was no way. They not only took the order but they were delivered by 10:10 am.
