Without telling me what was being delivered she placed the delivery on hold, wished me a wonderful trip and Happy Birthday allowing me to notify them when I was home. I reached out yesterday evening and my beautiful succulents arrived today. Thank you All-O-K'Sions for being so accommodating and making me feel like a valued customer. Very disappointed. I live in Spring Hill, TN. Early on Thursday afternoon I called in an order…read moreto my local florist for a European garden with a blooming plant - to be created at a florist in McMinnville and delivered to High Funeral Home the next morning. The deceased was my sister-in-law's mother. Visitation was from 9am - 12:30pm on Friday, no funeral service and then graveside service at a cemetery 25 minutes away at 1pm. I arrived at 10am at High's Funeral Home Friday - and after looking around - did not find the arrangement I had ordered on behalf of my family. My husband spoke to the funeral home director who said he would look for it - maybe it had been put in another room. Around 10:45am - I called my florist at home. They apologized and said they would check on my order. 10 min later, the funeral director comes by me carrying the European Garden basket I had ordered. He said "the lady" just delivered it. Then my local florist called me back and said the person she had talked to at All-O-K'Sions had said sorry - but they were covered up with funerals. !*! That she would go deliver it. Come to find out - your florist is right across from the funeral home! And my order must have been ready, because it was immediately delivered after questioned about it. The European Garden looked good. It was what I had in mind when I ordered it. Well done. But the fact that it was delivered 2 hours late and that the person on the phone had such a lousy attitude - NOT one of customer service or apology - makes me give you a lower rating. Timeliness and customer service DO matter - especially in your business. Besides that - you are a Hallmark store.

I called a week before my mother's bday to order some irises. Had a great conversation with Taylor…read moreand was told they'd be delivered on either Saturday or Monday. Then Tuesday rolled around, and no flowers. No phone call either letting me know. I called Monday, but knew they were closed - but was surprised there was no voicemail. So I called on Tuesday, told Taylor they were never delivered, and was interrupted to say the irises didn't come in until today. I started to ask why I wasn't called and we missed my mother's bday, and was interrupted again and said I'd be reimbursed and hung up on. I called two more times, and no answer. They also need to have an answering machine and provide better customer service. So disappointed - not even an apology for the delay, and then screening my call.

The flowers were gorgeous, they decorated the church and the reception, they provided vans for our guests from 3p-11:30pm, and they even moved all the centerpieces to a restaurant for the following day's brunch. The prices seemed reasonable and their service and attention to the brides wishes were very much appreciated. Pros: Beautiful flowers, everything taken care of so as to avoid hiccoughs Cons: Can't think of anything
