I ordered several different plants and ferns. None of the ferns came up. After watering and waiting I carefully dug them up to exam them. They had no green, no life. Several of the small plants didn't bud either. I did reach out to the nursery. Don't expect a reply from this nursery because you won't get one. read more

Ordered several plants and some were plant starters. BE VERY CAREFUL. Came in basic ziploc baggie without being wrapped or peat moss and soul to keep moist. There was no stems or other green showing on anything. Basically after being in shipping for days and this heat they were limp and near dead. However, still planted an kept moist but after week and half, I checked and them and soil plenty moist enough but roots just fell apart. When I tried to contact owner, Vanessa, she called me a liar and denied how items were sent to me, and was very nasty. I nought quite a few plants bit she was so ugly over the cheapest and smallest of all I purchased. Not once did she apologize or otherwise try to resolve issue. Do not buy direct from them. Only buy through another site that can guarantee your purchases and look to resolve issues. read more

Plants came well packaged, reasonable priced. they are very small but I see that as a good thing as I could dig small holes and allow them to root well without having compacted roots. Also less prone to shock. They are already trying to grow leaves, but I will protect them from frost as winter is not yet over. Also easy to do as they are not large. By spring, they should be well on their way and ready for a summer growth spurt. Great selection of hard to find trees and excellent prices. Big box stores and even most nurseries do not carry what I ordered, so I was thrilled to find them online. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered some items from this nursery, waited several days. Received no e-mail saying it was shipped, so I enquired. Person responded (via e-mail) "tomorrow". I responded with "Great! Thank you!" and went on about how excited I was to get these items. A week passed, still no email confirming it had shipped, so I emailed again. A woman who signed her name "Vanessa" responded "tomorrow". I responded with "Thank you!" and I repeated how excited I was to get these items. More days passed, still no e-mail from Panter Nursery that the items had shipped. I e-mailed Vanessa AGAIN. She responded that she had cancelled the order. I asked her why she had twice responded to my previous e-mails that she was shipping the next day, and she never responded. Rude! I would not recommend doing business with this nursery. read more

I ordered 15 Leyland Cypress trees in 2.5" pots. I was extremely pleased when I opened the box to discover each pot was wrapped in plastic to preserve moisture and all were neatly packed so as to not do any damage to the trees. The trees were healthy, green, and much taller than I expected. A very professional nursery! read more

The plants arrived quickly and as stated well protected and packed to stay moist. Great selections I am happy. My husband bought same gift valentines day plants and his box arrived almost minutes after mine. Funny and he saw his gift asked if I wanted too open his but I said wait this is my gift you opened for Valentines early. The special selections I made are still dormant so it will be good to see them in bloom too. We are both blooming all over now with early valentines. read more
